Oum Palace Hotel & Spa

Room was very nice - comfort, decor, size, cleanliness; beds and pillows are very good. Staff were great. Breakfast was comprehensive, good selection, and very accommodating of requests. Location was good also, nice distance from everything including Casa Port railway station if you want to visit Rabat, (etc.) or travel to/from the airport.

Shower (although great as a walk-in) temperature was just about warm enough. Although many many TV channels, only one (a film channel) was in English (but hey I didn't come for the TV). Breakfast time could be manic if your visit coincided with the tour parties that use the hotel. Spa was limited, no pool for example.

This was the second time staying at this hotel, again the hotel looks amazing with its design, the room size was much better this time. The staff were amazing as always and can speak all languages required. The hospitality was on point. The location is great as you are within the city and everything is near by, especially fast food restaurants and other services. The market is also near by. The windows are sound cancelling so you will not hear any of the outside noise. Everything in the room also worked. Overall, both myself, wife and my daughter were pleased and happy. P.S. they also found my lost Apple AirPods in my hotel room and the Hotel Manager Tariq has promised to deliver back to me in the U.K. He clearly cares about customer service which is great to see.

I had requested a baby cot, however when arrived the first night, it was not set up and I had to come to recaption and ask for it. If I had placed a request and it was accepted, I expect it to be set up. I also recommend having a small ramp outside to allow easy pushchair access when entering and disembarking the hotel. However this was not a huge issue at the time so all in all, nothing to dislike.

The location is good, accessible by taxi (always negotiate with the driver!!) nearby the old medina market, and within walking distance from the Mosque Hassan II. Room with good size, TV, hair dryer, good shades (blackout), electric kettle, and facilities for tea/instant coffee. Breakfast was good, with different food options. The staff was nice and they even called me after the trip to ask about our stay, something I consider very important from a clients' satisfaction point of view. Would probably stay there again.

During check-in, the attendant gave no information about the spa facilities (we didn't have much time in Casablanca, but it would be good to have this information, though) and she also didn't inform us about breakfast (time, if it was included or not). The only low in the room was that the mini-bar was not working and the safe was locked when we arrived at the room. The problem with the safe was solved, but not with the mini-bar. Cost-benefit was not excellent, as I consider the price could be a bit lower.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Casablanca and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of the city making it ideal for a short business stay. I was able to easily access all the key places I needed to visit for my business meetings. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect space for me to relax after a long day. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room, such as the comfortable bedding and the spacious bathroom. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the breakfast, which was fresh and tasty. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Casablanca. The central location, spacious rooms, and fantastic breakfast all contributed to making this one of the nicest hotel stays I've had in a while. Thank you!

Wifi connection in the room was too poor to work. I had to go to the lobby and used it there. This definitely should improve for business travelers.

Reception people were helpful and friendly.,Room and amenities were as shown on the web site. located just 10 min walk from the Casa port train station.

Hotel is located in an area where there is construction and building renovation which produced a lot of noise. There is also a ground work in that area removing asphalt, excavating the ground and installing underground cables. This produced a lot of noise, dust and disturbed the traffic and pietons walkways.

The hotel looks amazing with its design, the room size was okay, I had an issue with the sink which was sorted straight away. The staff were amazing. They stopped me from being scammed by local Taxi drivers and helped me download an app to which I could get far more cheaper fairs to get around the city. They even sent some cakes as a gesture of good will to my room so the hospitality was on point. The location is great as you are within the city and everything is near by.

I think everything was okay, just the toilet facilities require some maintenance but other than that it's all good.

I had a fantastic experience at Oum Palace Hotel & Spa, largely thanks to Hajar Tai at the front desk. Hajar's exceptional service, unwavering politeness, and proactive approach in catering to guests' needs made my stay truly memorable. Her constant smile and prompt responses to all queries reflected a genuine commitment to ensuring a positive guest experience. Kudos to Hajar for making my stay so delightful!

Very friendly staff - from receptionist, to valley and porter, you can see they are trying to be welcoming. We got an upgrade of the room, which was nice - rooms are nicely decorated and with kettle (tea/coffee corner) and there were even some biscuits, which was a nice touch! Location is great and if you are coming by car you can park in front of hotel.

Nothing major, breakfast could probably be improved by keeping things warm (such as scrambled eggs etc.).

Our stay at Oum Palace was wonderful! - The rooms were big, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities - The location was great - The staff was super nice and welcoming. They also provided all the answers to our questions and gave good suggestions. - There were welcome cookies! - The dinner was good and the breakfast was amazing! I definitely recommend it for a stay at Casablanca!

The wifi could be better.

The hotel is situated close to the train station and is easy to find. The stuff was very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, bed comfortable and this was the warmest hotel I stayed in Morocco (which was really nice for me). Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The bathroom could be cleaned better. Also the tea in the breakfast was cold, strawberries rotten, cheese dried. They could take an extra care for this.
