Grand Mogador City Center Casablanca

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was divided (toilet and bidet v. bathtub and shower) so no "waiting" for my spouse. Breakfast was an enormous buffet, much like an American "brunch," aimed at pleasing international guests from around the world.

Breakfast was an enormous buffet, but it was not included in the price. We only wanted coffee and toast, so the buffet price per person was way out of line with our consumption. We didn't have time to go anywhere else in the morning. There should be an option for a lower priced, smaller breakfast.

Hotel is going down . Less facilities in Room as compare to previous stay. specially Bathroom utilities were not there and new staff dont have the clue most of times who is staying in Hotel.

A very large hotel on the coast of the city, very close to a shopping center and the great mosque, the hotel itself is spacious, large, impressive and clean at the level of a European hotel, a very pleasant and comfortable lobby. Its X-factor is the service - we accidentally got an unsuitable room and we were immediately asked for our help by Ms. Gita from customer relations and took care of us in a very large and amazing room overlooking the spectacular view of Casablanca An excellent hotel for any purpose - highly recommended

Actually, it's a wonderful hotel including everything thing , all the staff from the gate guys , receptionists " Mr Saad , Amine , deux Sara 😊 " as well as Room service Madam, employees in the restaurant also very helpful, all of them are so helpful , try to achieve all my needs . I liked the location of the hotel especially how near from the port , it's very nice 🤗

Overall it is really great, every one is nice, specially Sara&Sara at the reception. However, room service response time needs improvement, it is a bit slow. Overall highly recommended, beds are great and the scene is beautiful from up there.

Room service, a bit slow, and some times they forget about the demands

The room was spacious. The toilet room is different from bathroom. The team making area is well organized. The staff were very helpful and will to guide.

The staff tend to ignore you after checking out. We had ordered a taxi to be taken to the airport at 5:00AM but when we reached the reception, they guy was not caring at all and we had to panic to find quick taxi to the Airport. He kept on doing his staff as he felt we were not important at that moment.

The staff of property are high profession, Sarah and the other Sarah with Fadoua are very professional with high respect to the clients I liked they way they deal and respect hotel clients the breakfast was rich with many different varieties everyone was doing his best to make clients feels like home location is perfect and close to everywhere

The staff are very welcoming and try to make your staying at the hotel very comfortable namely SALAHADDIN was very respectful and honest the breakfast varieties are wonderful the location is very convenient to everywhere

An older hotel near centre of town but need a short 5 min walk to anywhere. Very friendly staff, spotless & comfortable room. Very quiet at night / great to sleep!

No evening ambience: no activity , no bar of open cafe area.
