MID TOWN Hotel Casablanca

- Customer service is fantastic. - The huge selection for breakfast was AMAZING. - The bed is BRILLIANT - one of the comfiest sleeps I’ve ever had. - the AC is amazing - great location - the decor is simple and beautiful - good toiletries but no bidet shower/shatafa or facility for istinja. The overall experience, despite the initial hiccups, was 10/10 I would definitely recommend this hotel to all.

- The room we were initially given had a broken shower door and water would leak onto the floor. The sink drain was also blocked. — but the replacement room had no issues - the only major issue is no bidet shower/ shatafa for istinja to clean your self after going to the toilet.

Our room was huge, spotlessly clean, the bed truly extra-large and very comfy with great quality bedding. Staff was super friendly, both when checking in and out, and at breakfast. The breakfast buffet was varied and food offered was delicious.

A minor annoyance was that the shower door wasn't sealed very well and water kept leaking out onto the bathroom floor. It's maybe good to know that the location is not super close to the main attractions of the city, but still in easy enough walking distance/just a short taxi ride away.

The location is good, and the arrangement with a little kitchen is nice. The bed and shower were correct.

First, our room was not ready yet and we arrived in the afternoon. Then we got a room on the 1st floor which was loud from the street and had no ventilation, so was very warm. But then we received an upgrade to the 5th floor, and that was good. Another thing that was annoying is that the kitchen accessories are not coming with the room, you have to ask for them and pay an extra deposit. Then they arrived without a cutting knife and other missing very basic things. Whats the point of having a room with a kitchenette when we can't prepare even a sandwich?

The hotel is positioned very close to Casa port train just 1.5 kms away. From outside the hotel on the roadside, comfortably taxis can be taken for just 10 MAD. Twin center is just away by 150 meters. Hotel India corner is very close by to twin center. I especially was missing Indian food and it was sure a relief. (but beware the food menu at India corner is costly, nothing is available for less than 100 MAD). From Casa port station, comfortably trains to Airport can be had. These are about the proximity points. About the hotel itself, there was this lady at reception, who went out of the way to talk to the cab guy in French to help me. There was Karim reception manager, who on the final day of my stay, upon request had breakfast packed for the next day early morning check out. The hotel is very quiet but don't expect great views from the balcony as it's not in the main street. From the hotel Mohamed V square, Sacred Heart Cathedral, Hassan II Mosque are all commutable by public bus transport. Breakfast was good and the staff serving coffee was exceptionally polite and friendly. The hotel room is very spacious and fridge, owen are all available. Overall it's good choice for people and I didn't have any regrets.

The place was beautiful and very relaxing. It was spacious, so staying in to rest felt incredible. The reception desk and security guard in the evening were very helpful. I had forgotten my passport photos for a consulate appointment, and the receptionist had the security guard walk me a few blocks away to the shop at 10 PM, so I could easily find it in the morning before my appointment. They were extremely helpful. The receptionist was very friendly. The breakfast options were amazing, not just pastries, but also healthy options.

I just wish the water in the shower did not wet the floor so easily, but everything else was perfect.

Clean and comfortable. I was actually upgraded to a suite which was huge, Modern and nice. Didn’t get to use the appliances though as I didn’t have much time there. Friendly and helpful staff.

Walls are thin and I could hear the next door guests. Restaurant was really warm and I don’t believe there’s air conditioning. The toiletries provided didn’t smell nice. Could use better scented toiletries, especially the body wash.

Located in a quiet area with multi restaurant options, spacious well lit room with big bathroom, balcony and kitchenette although not stocked with crockery/cutlery etc. Huge bed, lots of storage space and tastefully decorated.

Breakfast was disappointing. Food disappeared quickly and not replaced efficiently to cater for the demand. Serving plates were dirty and greasy which isn't a good start to the day.

Nice and well maintained room, close to everything and easy to check in and out.

Property says that parking is available on site, I messaged the hotel a few days prior to our stay and was informed that all parking spaces were unavailable. So ended up having to pay 50 euros a night for underground parking and also got a fine. A bit better communication about the car parking would be great.

Centrally located hotel at good price. Comfortable enough for a short stay. Staff is very helpful. Street parking available in case the garage is full. Good place to stay if you don’t want to waste too much money.

This hotel could be easily improved by throwing away all the towels and bed linen and buying new ones! It’s a shame, I used my own towel from my suitcase because the ones in the bathroom looked too old and lost their white color.

Staff your professional, especially Amal, at the reception. Also, the security guy Abdul and Saeed. The room is very spacious with the kitchen and dining table and microwave, fridge. What else would you expect? I will definitely stay here next time. Infact I have already booked my next trip in this hotel.
