Barceló Casablanca

I loved the food, the service from the hotel staff, the amenities in the room, and the location. The bathroom was exquisite, and the hot tub was an absolute pleasure.

There was an unpleasant oozing out of the bathroom. We complained about this though, and the hotel staff recommended that we stay in another room, however, we were already settled.

Location and amenities were very good

Room was not cleaned on one day and water not flowing in the shower area as floor level seemed to be improper. Also the health wash tub tap was not controllable as the pressure was too much

Very spacious, clean, studio-style room. The staff was very polite and professional. The food in the restaurant was excellent and prepared with great presentation, and the service was excellent. Very, very professional staff. The location was great in the heart of center city close to.many main attractions.

Only wish they had a fitness center, but that's ok.

Good location. We walked to the Medina & the other way to the ocean. Staff were very helpful & nice. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The water from the shower got all over the floor due to the half glass enclosure. The toilet did no totally flush all the way. You must put your key card in another outlet to get the electricity on.

The staff was very kind and professional, with a good vibes and energy, the bed is very comfortable, the room clean. I couldn't find a place to park but the valet was very kind and took the car keys and handled this very well.

Maybe if you are claustrophobic ask for a room with a possibility to open the windows because in the upper floors the windows do not open fully for safety reasons.

Great modern clean rooms, nice spacious bathroom. Personnel super nice. The director Nadia really did the extra mile for restaurant recommendations and even take me there! Wonderful time, I would come back !

For early flights they should propose a mini breakfast (breakfast lunch box)

room was big and the bed wonderful 30 min walking to the sea good restaurants nearby

Noisy location, on a traffic junction. My room was directly on the road and the windows not isolating the noise

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The breakfast was really good, the room was clean and cozy, and the staff was super friendly. I felt welcomed from the moment I checked in until I left. I highly recommend this place for a great stay!

Good place to enjoy of Casablanca, hundred of good restaurants around. Ussualy i travel for business but on this case , after flight cancellation, i discover this hotel , good for tourist .

1. Location and staff was exceptionally good 2. Help was quite instant and timely support was provided

1. Rooms doesn’t have e-kettle 2. some rooms have AC issue 3. Rooms doesn’t have Muslim shower 4. Keys doesn’t work when you come to room and have to go back again to reception almost daily
