Location, room and breakfast

The staff is weird. They push you to book a taxi with them for the same price you pay with a normal taxi. In addition, they asked me twice for the city taxes when those had been already paid when I arrived at the hotel. No communication between them and i had to wait there nearly 10 minutes (I was heading to the airport) while they were checking the cameras.

Room balcony door handle broken so wouldn’t close, curtain hanging off and broken. Cleaners knocking wanting into the room at 8AM!!!!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this place, I stayed here last trip to Morocco when I travelled with inteprid and I thought it was such a cute place with lovely staff. I can confirm nothing has changed, the staff are all very lovely and accommodating. So welcoming and a special mention to Issam who looked after me for my 1 night stay and half walked me to the casa port station when I asked for directions, such a lovely man. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Morocco some day. Breakfast was also really good, a buffet of all the traditional Moroccan favourites and freshly cooked omelettes in front of you.

The hotel is a beautiful place to stay, so much care and attention has been paid to the interior design and it did not disappoint. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of foods, including freshly made omelettes, cakes, pastries, breads, cereals and a wide selection of drinks. The location is a little way from the central areas, but there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Staff welcoming and helpful, clean

The accommodation was very good. We loved how it was decorated. The location was great, close enough to the main road, but just off enough that we didn't hear a lot of traffic and the little shop downstairs had more affordable prices for drinks, kitchen staples and snacks. Great full kitchen, excellent water pressure, and a comfortable couch.

We had a couple issues, like the gas being out and the stove not turning on. Which Fatima came right away to fix. Also, the air conditioner in the bedroom was wonderful, but in the main living area, the air conditioning never got cold, there was just a fan blowing hot air around. Also, the breakfast that was mentioned in the posting was never provided, not sure if they stopped doing that and forgot to take it off of their offerings?

Room was so clean, have a big space so more than enough for 4 suitcases, we got double bed and single bed, stairs are wide just in case you want bit of exercise instead taking a lift which work well. Very big bathroom with hot shower and facilities provided, cupboard for clothes and what we like most was the mattress which very comfy and big bed. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty choices of food and they also offered omelettes. So you can have breakfast as much as you want. Location was not hard to find but you can miss easily it due to signboard stick on wall (Google Map will take you to this place). We could not see the sign so drove around 3 times but not a big matter because we're so tired travelled from Gatwick to Marrakech Airport then drove almost 4 hour. Arrived almost 1am and welcome by hotel staff named Syafiq. Very helpful and friendly. He just told us to park our car right infront of hotel which is more safe and secure. Thank you Syafiq. Wish could stay longer.

Nothing that we did not like but it could have been better if the signboard hotel to be put up a little higher so tourists can spot it more easily and don't miss the hotel location.

Super close to the CTM (FAR station) - just a couple minutes walk. Close to Hassan II mosque (about 30 mins walk, crossing all the Medina). The host was super friendly and open to help at any time (I asked him to use the phone like at 10 pm and he even lended me his cellphone).

Maybe I’m too tall, but the beds felt a bit too short for me somehow. The overhead bed fabric decoration was a bit dusty, but it gave an interesting Moroccan vibe to the room. Didn’t use the safe because there was an extra charge for tit.

There was a power outage when I arrived and therefore I was sent to a 4* hotel around the block, which was an upgrade itself. The next day I could stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is nicely decorated. Located in the center and conveniently near Casa Port train station. Also the tramway station is near. The room is also nicely decorated in traditional style. The room was clean and of a good size. I had a big sunny balcony as well. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast is good.

central location.clean rooms. very generous breakfast buffet with many options including an omelet station. staff is super friendly and helpful. the decor is very authentic. there’s a nearby public underground parking less than 100m away. Also large supermarket 5min walk

The hotel is on a street where there’s some construction work being done. a bit dirty and not enough lighting at night but the hotel is at beginning of street so not much walk from Main Street or from parking.
