Kyriad Residence Casablanca

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Bader, fatine and everyone at the reception were absolutely fantastic and really helped us. The hotel was clean and great value for money. THE BATHROOM WAS AMAZING although There were small things such as leaking showerhead, one dirty pillow cover which was replaced by new pillow and cover , which we overlooked as the hotel stay and the staff was exceptionally good. We were given a crib for baby without charge. We didn't take the breakfast option so don't know about it. But will definitely recommend and come back if we are in casablanca again. THANK YOU GUYS!

Few things but wasn't anything I would make an issue of.

We liked a room that was well designed and comfortable as well as the hotel itself. The room had also a small kitchen so you can make tea or coffee and even cook something. We also liked the staff that was helpful and pleasant, especially hotel receptionist Dunia who is not only beautiful but also high professional! She was always ready to help. We like the hotel location as it is situated only 15 minutes on foot from the station Casa Voyageurs. We would certainly stay at Kyriad next time. One more thing: it is really very good value for money!

The Location of the hotel was Amazing. Is located at the heart of the city of Casablanca. A mini kitchen has been setup in the rooms and is equipped with all the things you need In a kitchen Their rooms smells good and it welcomes you at the first entry. their customer services was prompt and speedy. thanks to Wahid and fatine they were excellent in their work. Please there should be a bonus for them they really working hard.

Was all Good

1- The location and the view were good. 2- The room is large and has a lot of facilities like a kitchen and a desk for working. 3- The staff were nice and friendly.

1- The smell of the room was not the best as the room has a kitchen, seems someone was cooking fish there! 2- The location of the hotel is not central and not on the main road, so it's better to reach using a car instead of walking.

Cleanliness, quality of furnitures, proximity to commodities and public facilities. Staff is very kind and professional. Special thanks to Samir the security guy and Nezah of the cleansing team. Check-in and check-out procedures are very easy and fast.

THE ROOM WAS VERY GOOD AND COMFORTABLE, VERY CLEAN AND NEW .BATH TOWELS ARE NOT CHANGED DAILY AND PROVIDED ONLY ONE. OTHERWISE EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT

CHECK IN TIME SHOULD BE KEPT ON TIME. I HAVE TO WAIT EVEN I CAME TO CHECK IN AT 15.15, THEY INSISTED VERT STRICT CHECK OUT AT 12.00. SINCE THE PROPERTY KEEP STRICT IN CHECK OUT POLICY, HENCE THEY SHOULD KEEP CHECK IN TOO ON TIME.

The staff there especially someone called Fatine on reception made our stay amazing! she helped us on anything we needed and made sure we were always safe with any place we were going. I couldn’t thank her enough for making us feel so comfortable at kyriad residence. Definitely will be booking here again and the rooms are a good size, a nice and quiet location too.

Mr Waaiid and Ms Yasmine were extremely nice and flexible with my needs and wants. They changed my rooms and provided me a high floor room with open view as requested. The last time when I informed Mr.Waiid about my room with a foul smell; he immediately took charge and changed it. He also helped me shift my language too. Thank you so much Mr Waiid and Ms Yasmine!!!

A receptionist (a lady) who is loud and apparently the manager does not listen nor seem to care. I requested for a high floor with open view and she managed to give me the exact opposite (low floor with a building view in front) twice. The third time she assured me that my room has an open view. The room had a foul smelling and as expected the same building view.

- The comfort of the bed, - Size of the room + bathroom, - Very nice shower, - The pillow with shape memory, - Location : near tramway and near restaurants,

- The fridge was not working, - The area around the hotel is not so attractive,

Residence well located, in a peaceful area, close to the tram, not far away from a train station too...studio itself is very clean and spacious.

I don't want to be finicky......so i have nothing more to add.
