La Briosa

I was a solo traveller to Bolzano, and this is written without any exaggeration - I love my stay at La Briosa, and it'll be one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. First things first, the architecture of the hotel and the room was stunning. In particular, the windows in the room are designed in the shape of arches where they face the mountains! It's such an excellent design and what a privilege to wake up and have the sights of mountains greet you. Sandra and her team are extremely hospitable - from recommending me a good restaurant in the city centre when I told her that I don't take much meat, to the lady who runs the breakfast floor who dutifully remembers our orders such as our coffee preferences. La Briosa is also about 10 minutes walk to the main train and bus station which makes it very easy to commute if you are taking public transport. La Briosa is such a classy establishment, and I absolutely love my stay there. I hope more people can experience the magic of La Briosa that I did :)

A carefully designed hotel with an unexpected focus on the smallest details of the assembly and building. A positive mood given by the ambiance they created. The family operating the hotel is around and happy to chit chat about the story and the craft they summed up in the place, a very enjoyable talk, in fact. We were greeted late in the night even if the reception desk was available only 'till eleven and also were offered a parking spot in the building's underground, considering the time of arrival. Big room, big bathroom, neat finishings, surprising window shades. Well done!

A persistent smell due to the substantial use of wood inside the room which should be explored and addressed, somehow. Breakfast was already wrapped up 20 minutes before the due time and even if they arranged for us to still grab a bite, we felt like disturbing.

Welcomed by a lovely team, a short walk from the train station and anywhere you want to go in town. Rooms are well designed and immaculate, with a great shower & comfortable beds. Breakfast had a nice selection of fresh fruits, breads, meats, cheeses, yogurt and cereals along with cooked eggs option & coffees (the morning kitchen team very friendly & helpful - a joy to come down to the morning)

New hotel, brand new facility and in the city center of Bolzano. The hotel is family owned and run. The experience was very good, all smooth. Plus, the building is an architectural piece !

Nothing, all perfect. Being a new hotel, there are still few things (such as the breakfast) to be improved in the overall presentation, but the quality of the stay was very high.

Beautiful design. Breakfast was great, fresh fruits and pastries are so delicious. It’s minimal but I am full every time. The room is so comfortable. Everyone is friendly and makes me feel at home. Hotel is close to the center of town and a few mins walk from the train. I will definitely come back and stay here again.

The interior design and every little detail of the room, the wood that feels warm and smooth, the window blinds that close from the bottom and you can choose to still see the mountains. The staff was very nice, helpful and attentive. This place is a new must see in Bolzano!

This hotel is a piece of art. All the materials used are custom made. Hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good too. I would 100% stay in this hotel next time traveling to Bolzano.

Maybe add tooth brush and paste?

super modern thought-trough building which is well-designed and not comparable with other hotels I stayed in so far, friendly people working there, I felt very welcome and cared about from the moment I walked in
