Art & Design Hotel Napura

It was a very big room which we had and the location was perfect: between Bolzano and Merano. The 'swimming-pool' on the roof was superb. Although you could not swim, it was a relax-pool, and very nice.

There are some thing which need improvements: We could not watch tv-streams like Netflix, because there was no smart-tv and you could not attach a device like a chrome-cast. The Wifi-signal was very poor and instable. While having dinner outside, a farmer was spraying his orchard. You could feel the drops on your arm. Not so nice.

Spacious rooms that’s the first thing you will notice and it’s great. Secondly- view. I think you could not get a room without a great one. And last but not least every room has a nice balcony. Breakfast is nice (but need to ask for a fresh eggs - there is no info you can order something extra. If one is not in mood to visit a city in the evening, a delicious dinner is there (restaurant to order). Spa and swimming pool area are great!

Restaurant and spa is closing sooner than expected

The room is super well equipped and comfortable. We loved the quality of the bed and the size of the room. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 small kids. The bathroom is very nice and spacious. We love the small terrace outside. The breakfast is super qualitative and well fournished. We had also an amazing dinner the night before. The personel is super friendly and nice and made our stay very nice.

Nothing. I will say that everything was as good as expected or even better than expected. We had a great time staying here. We will for sure stay there again if we pass Bolzano.

The rooms were very spacious and bright. Despite of it was located on the ground floor it was extremely quite. Everything in the room was cleaned and in good condition. The free access to the wellness area was a nice end to the day. The big terrace is definitively a plus where to lay down enjoying the landscape. Good buffet for breakfast and good food quality. Free parking outside and in the garage. Good Wi-Fi. Nice staff.

One jacuzzi didn't work. I recommend checking the serviceability every morning.

Breakfast was amazing - buffet style with hot and cold options, pastries, you name it! The pool, spa and views were stunning. The pool is warm enough to hang in for a bit, the hot tubs are in the spa area. The room was large, beds comfortable. The staff were amazing and helped make our stay great. Parking garage free of charge.

The room was musty and poorly ventilated; when we talked with the receptionist (who was great) he said that the city shuts off Ac in October. Still wish they could find a way to promote airflow throughout the room without turning on the heat!

The service was great, along with the beautiful modern rooms. The hotel is among vineyards just outside Bolzano and close enough to the highway.

The spa was small and crowded, we couldn’t enjoy the jacuzzis because it was always full.

The hotel location requires to travel by car.

I agree with other reviewers that the hotel doesn't quite look like the photos. The photos make it look super modern and new, but when you arrive, you can see it is aging a bit. That being said, it was clean and we didn't really have any issues with it, but we were only staying 1 night. The restaurant and servers were very friendly and the food we had at dinner was delicious. Breakfast was a standard Italian buffet (nothing mind-blowing, but not bad either).

We booked a specific room on booking and then received messages that that room wasn't available and we had to pay 20euros more for another room. Since we were driving, we didn't see the message but found out at check in. I found it quite strange that instead of just giving us an upgrade, they insisted on charging us the 20euros.

Great spacious rooms, good beds, neat and clean and well organized. Staff is very helpful, nice Spa and pool with bar facilities. Breakfast offers a good variety of breads, croissants, fruits etc. also, big compliment to the cleanliness of the rooms. haven’t seen this in a while!!

Nothing disappointed really, only thing is you have to manoeuvre a bit in the parking garage (but hey, there is a free secure parking garage)

The facility is nice and comfortable, with a very beautiful swimming pool area. The apartment is large, clean, with everything you need to spend a relaxing vacation. The location is pretty nice.

The breakfast is good but not exceptional, and you need to take the car for everything. Wifi does not work properly at least on Windows and Android, but I was not able to investigate the issue, so I don't know the exact reason.
