The room temperature, wifi, car parking, clean room, excellent reception staff

The breakfast was very ordinary, seemed to be preprepared, not cooked fresh. poached eggs were rock hard as was the bacon and over microwaved beans. The noise of people returning to their rooms on our last night from the corrider was very loud. We had to be up at 2am to go to the airport and there were about 4-5 disturbances from people talking loudly in the corridor getting into their rooms at different times. Once they were inside their rooms it was ok.

The room was a river view balcony, which was roomy and comfortable, clean, and pretty nicely laid out. There are a couple steps to get up to the sitting area/balcony, but nice to have a separate little area. Lovely to have the balcony to just take in the air, see the sky, the river. It was a little rainy and chilly to sit out there, but great to be able to just walk outside at any hour! We LOVED the breakfast. Quite tasty, and order off the menu, with the ability to just choose items as we wished, and great continental options also available. I highly recommend the pancakes! The location was great for us too, though we needed to almost daily take the bus into the city. Catching the bus was pretty easy though! It was nice to come back to the quiet village of Leixlip, though the hotel offered a great bar/pub experience! We didn't experience much noise at all in our room except with slightly noisy neighbors one night. The staff were friendly and helpful across the board! There's even an Aldi just up around the corner if you need to get a few things, along with a lovely little convenience store just outside the hotel and a few other restaurants and even another sort of night club across the street. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Hmm....MAYBE having the elevator go right to the lobby would have been nice, but there is a separate little lift, so quite accessible. Can't really think of anything else. :)

Staff were friendly and helpful, beautiful location with easy access to Dublin from bus stop opposite hotel and lots of restaurants, pubs in walking distance. Also, nice walks along the river (weather permitting). Our room was very peaceful, we could not hear any noise from bar areas (see below). Overall, would recommend the hotel, just be sure to book in one of the quieter rooms.

Our family had a room on the 2nd floor (210?) which was very noisy and they could not sleep with music going until at least 2am from the bar. Would recommend rooms 100-125 as the quiet rooms and avoid anything close to the bars.

Bedroom and bathroom were spacious and well appointed. Nice location alongside river Liffey. Staff friendly. Menu and food in Arthur’s bar.

Hotel a little hard to find as it’s tucked away behind Main St off a public car park. One hitch during our stay. The restaurant was closed both nights of our stay. Arthur’s Bar, also part of the hotel, was fine instead with a good menu. However, on the second night the kitchen was overwhelmed by a large order just ahead of us and they had to stop taking orders for about 45mins. This was a bit inconvenient. They didn’t charge us for our drinks in compensation.

Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our whole trip. It was our first time in Dublin and the lady at reception, I believe her name was Sarah, was amazing. Helping us get buses and leap cards. It was a lovely hotel with beautiful outside seating. Very conveniently located.

The only thing I would say is the TV had very limited channels and your website does imply the TV is a Smart TV with Netflix but we were unable to find this. So late at night there wasn't much on TV to watch.

We did not have adequate time to fully explore Leixlip. However, it seemed like a nice area along the banks of the River Liffey, at the reconstructed site of Arthur Guinesses' first brewery (1756), complete with beer garden & sports bar. The first room that we were assigned was in need of a more thorough cleaning. The second assigned room was much better. Comfortable beds...it was all good.

Taxi ride to DUB airport = $65! No other problems.

The hotel was luxury.The staff and the bedrooms were five star .The staff and breakfast staff were very accommodating .The food was first class . I will in the future return again.I recommend this hotel as a great visit if you want to visit Dublin . leixlip is quite near to central Dublin and a bus service is right outside the door.

Hotel was lovely. Area was perfect for visiting family. Also buses just outside for trips to Dublin.

Our room didn't have a view and looked out onto a cellar area I think. Outside bedroom window there was about 30 cigarette butt's and a pair of rubber shoe insoles scattered on a ledge. Meal service at night was really disappointing. Waiting nearly an hour one night and ended up not getting our meal. Next night about 45 minutes.

The food at the bar on property was outstanding! Enjoyed the courtyard setting very much. The room was basic and clean but be aware there is no air conditioning control in each room. They operate centrally. They were amenable to adjusting it when I called the front desk. Thankfully it was a cool night so not too bad. No smart TV just basic channels.

Loved the lobby area with the gas fire and big arms chairs. The front bar was very cosy and offered a great atmosphere. Food was superb in the bar snd service excellent.

A little more attention to detail with cleanliness would be good along with ensuring Covid regulations when it comes to late in the night in the toilet area and upstairs disco bar. We had bar food which was excellent but the breakfast wasn’t the greatest and could do with improvement. Just to note also had I known there wasn’t an option of a residents bar/late drink for residents I probably wouldn’t have booked this property and I think it’s worth pointing out to people on booking. We were 3 couple looking to make the most of our stay chatting and having a laugh within reason.
