Régina Boutique Hotel

Room size was fantastic and lots of room for our luggage. Beds were comfortable and especially nice to have double beds instead of standard twin size beds. The staff were very helpful and printed out our return train tickets for us! Location was ideal as we took a couple of day trips departing from The tourism office. Love that everything in town was within walking distance and not too far away.

Breakfast options did not work as well as one of us is on a gluten free diet . We only ate breakfast one day at the hotel as we found it very expensive . Most days we went to Carrefour to buy yoghurt and fruit instead. Wish you had a fan in the bathroom to clear the humidity from the room after showers, had to open the windows to get some air flow in room as it got quite stuffy in the room at times. If we stay again I would ask for a room not facing the street as it could get quite noisy at times.

Great breakfast - good selection and no fuss Lovely staff - all very friendly and welcoming. Also they allowed me to try and speak French but could speak English when I struggled. Was able to leave my case for a couple of hours after check out too which was useful. Room was just what was needed after long, delayed journey there from UK by train.

The bath could have been cleaned better and was still covered in hairs. It was hot - would be nice to have some cold drinks to buy downstairs as I arrived late but didn’t fancy having to sit down in a restaurant to get a cold glass of water.

Hotel is located on the main street, easy accessible from Central tram or bus station, on the short distance form the Palace of the Popes and other attractions. Room was bigger than expected, pleasantly furbished, bathroom is large, and there is a lot of storage space in the room. The pleasant surprise was a luggage room that looks like a living room where you can sit and relax or eat your sandwich after you've checked-out. There is also adjacent bathroom with all the amenities for refreshing before the journey. The whole atmosphere justifies the attribute "boutique".

amazing location. just walking distance to historical places, cafes, bazaar, theaters, actually to everywhere and to everything. clean and comfortable rooms. clean, nice and useful bathroom, although a bit narrow. Staff is generally good. but especially thanks to the receptionist lady who served us ( i forgot her name, sorry, but the brazilian one )

I didn't see any noticeable nefative side. but unfortunately there is no drinking water in the facility. even not sold. We had to drink from the tap when we were thirsty at night. There is a kettle in the rooms but no water.

We were made to feel so welcome by Melody, we felt straight away at home although it was late and we had travelled all day. She offered to book a restaurant for us and when we declined, saying we were too tired she offered to fetch a banana from the kitchen for our picnic! She was very helpful with directions for parking and very chatty. She's a credit to the place and I bet lots of guests come back for her. The cleaning Lady was nice and smiley too, the place was spotless, comfy bed and courtesy tray for tea and coffee. We absolutely recommend. Central location but quiet and affordable.

Everything…..Comfortable bedroom on the corner of the building with 2 lovely windows which opened ….plenty of hot water in the shower..comfortable bed…. Position of this Boutique Hotel in Avignon is superb….best of all …the breakfast is delicious..great choices & plenty of it….. One other point I would like to make…the Cleanliness at this hotel is of a high standard….in particular the breakfast room ….it would be nice if others did so well The hotel owners here are also just very nice welcoming people…thank you both for an exceptionally nice short stay

Great place to stay in Avignon. Super location, large sized room, comfortable bed, and the front desk personnel were very helpful. Great breakfast pastries to your right as you leave the front door of the hotel. There is also a grocery story just past the pastries for your "picnic" and snack needs. Oh yes, did I mention that they also sell wine there? For a little over 5 Euro you can buy a really nice local rose. Don't forget to bring your corkscrew!

The bathroom was a bit small, but manageable.

Great location and the room was adequately spacious for 2 people. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very small but the shower was fine. It was basically clean and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. It has a good-sized, dependable elevator - which was really important to us as we had quite a bit of luggage. I would stay there again.

The decor could use some updating. And the lighting is dim. The breakfast area is right at the front door, but the breakfast itself was good.

Our room was very clean and recently remodeled. Good size Bathroom. Bathroom sink had a counter and a shelf below it. Small storage space above toilet as well. Shower was large. Room was spacious and quiet. Bed was comfortable. There was a mirror in the bedroom that can be used to get ready while someone else is in the bathroom. Generally well thought out room. Parking on site for a few.

At the time of our visit air conditioning was not available due to energy restrictions. It was not an issue due to the time of year.

slightly underwhelming entrance and lobby - needs the update rooms already have, perhaps? the rain shower in my room (101) only dribbled - I changed to the hand shower which worked fine. but I wonder why bother installing a rain shower if the water pressure can’t take it anyway? just Leads to false expectations.
