Good price for a decent room. The sheets and the room where clean and it's located just in front of the Avignon University, the entry to the old town.

The coffee and water boiling machine were dirty but we were provided with the necessary to clean it.

The private parking was small for a big car, while still possible to use it.

I know it’s difficult to think of everything to tell people about your facility but sometimes a clear explanation is helpful. For example I was told to put the rubbish out of the ground floor! But where! I had to got and find a staff member to help me locate them. The side gate swiping in after 8 it would have been helpful to be shown how. Visitors don’t know what you know! Overall I found the staff very friendly and helpful.

Location pretty good on edge of central area. Quiet room. Air con good. Sufficient hot water. WiFi ok. Beds comfortable. Storage excellent. Shower easily regulated and good flow. Chairs and table good for dining.

Wash basin plug missing. Shower head had no high mount. TV could have included an international news channel. Desk lamp needed. Kitchen equipment very basic.

Very neat with all the essentials (sleeping, washing, cooking if interested), all staff professional and smiling, all areas well kept, parking in basement,15" on foot to the historic centre, good breakfast

As a no frills place,just 1 shampoo, hanger, towel (but sparkling white as are the sheets) per person, but a traveller should have no problem to have some soap, coffee, tea, a small towel packed anyway for eventualities. The extras (breakfast, parking, more than half the price of the room)

Perfect for travelers on a budget of those who need a longer stay. Excellent location for sight seeing. Supermarket downstairs. Some other reviewers complained about missing air conditioning, or apartments not serviced. This is not true anymore. There was an air conditioning unit in my room (although it was locked on heating only, perhaps due to the season) and apartments are cleaned once a week.

Nothing really to complain about. A better soundproofing, and more kitchenware (like sharper knives, deep dishes) would be welcome. Key card slot is away from entry door, so it is hard to find it when it is dark.

The hotel and the room were great for the price. The instructions for getting into the room after check-in hours were very clear as well as the rules about taking care of the garbage and washing dishes were clearly explained. The room was good-sized, had a small kitchen, was pretty quiet. WiFi worked great. The Casino supermarket nearby worked 24 hours, but with a special rule of no alcohol sales after 20:30 and on Sunday.

I had some stress before arrival as the replies to my questions about after-hours check-in were somewhat delayed. It is better to email the hotel directly to their email address and they send the information not 24 hours before arrival (as lots of private places do), but sometime during the day of your arrival.

I had a tough situation first night, because I arrived after the reception was closed. However, the staff member helped me over the phone by giving me all the necessary instructions and I am very grateful for that. The staff speaks both english and French. The location was good, close to some of the bus lines. The bed was comfortable and after a long time I think I can finally say that the sound isolation was good so I had a good sleep. Staff was very nice and helpful, and they answered all of my questions. I can highly recommend this accomodation

After a long time of staying at various accommodations, it is hard to find something that I didn't like. If I remember correctly, perhaps there could have been more sockets and bigger cups.

This Apart Hotel greatly exceeded our expectations! Our room was bright, fresh and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchenette was very well equipped and even supplied a new washing-up sponge with a little packet of washing-up soap. There was also a heated towel rack in the bathroom which came in handy when drying our hand-washed clothing. The hotel is located just outside the walls that surround old Avignon and it is a short walk to get to the Palais des Papes. It also has a bicycle storage room.

We have no complaints at all.
