Best Western Plus Vancouver Airport Hotel

Free airport shuttle works well. Room was clean. Coffee available in lobby. Convenient for the airport.

Staff very friendly and helpful. We caught the airport shuttle from the airport and going back to the airport. Really quick service. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good too. The free coffee in the lobby a real winner!

More toiletries - there was no shower gel provided.

The room was on the eighth floor with good views had aircon and was very comfortable. Had tea making facilities an iron and ironing board comfy beds seats to sit on tv, wifi all good. Large bathroom. Grab a bag breakfast from 7:00am each morning at reception. 15 min walk to train. Close to airport under $30.00 in a taxi.

The room needs an update a bit tired looking, the shower rail was drooping making the shower curtain move to the centre of rod just needs tightening up. No restaurant attached, but a grab and go breakfast bag which contained water orange juice a muffin a muesli bar and an apple. We discovered Dennys at the end of the road, Paper cups for the tea and coffee in the room.

Room and bed was comfortable

I was over charged for my room by $30. My room rate was $211.94 with tax. I paid over $240. I was also charged $50cad on my credit card which I haven't been reimbursed yet

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful and understated, helping us to book a taxi for the next morning, as well as making the check-in quick. This was important after having travelled for almost 24 hours to get there. The free airport shuttle was helpful, but unless you have phone service (which we didn't), contacting the hotel to let them know that you need the shuttle can be a challenge. YVR has removed the courtesy hotel phone.

The hotel is located close to the airport, but the neighbourhood does not lend itself to walking to restaurants. It (the neighbourhood) is vaguely industrial and/or delapidated. So best to have eaten dinner before arriving, which is too bad. There are many excellent restaurants in Richmond.

Clean and comfortabl. Nice little restaurant on site. The staff was great.

No easy place to pull in and drop luggage

Restaurant was very good. Slow check in process. Room very small but ok for one night.

Upon departure asked for a cab. Front desk said a shuttle was coming and would take us downtown for the same cost. When asked the price she said $30.00 for us both. When we arrived down town the driver was super sketchy on the price. Wanted $20.00 U.S. plus tax each. Why U.S. dollars…why tax. So shady. Must be ripping off non Canadians. Cabs don’t charge separate tax and I am sure this guy doesn’t file these taxes! Left with a real sour experience. Should have asked him the price up front. We settled on 50.00 Canadian.

The location was perfect for my needs and having the restaurant so close for easy food access was great. All female staff were wonderful and hospitable and deserve accolades for their work and effort to go above and beyond.

There was not good access to laundry services, which I would expect from a location as urban as this one. Additionally, the man working the counter in the early morning was socially unpolished and lacked in the sense of hospitality that the rest of the staff had.

It was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I understand that Vancouver is expensive, but it can never be ok to charge 550$ to go to sleep and leave by morning, this is unfortunately a good price for a hotel in vancouver. Also, the location is poorly situated on the corner near a busy expressway. There is no parking in the front so we ended up blocking cars while we unloaded our bags.. this causes anyone dropping off hotel guests to upset drivers and force them to wait or fight into the next lane.

the 2nd time staying here. It is very near to the airport, and excellent location for travellers considering to stay near the airport. Hotel also provides free shuttle to and from the airport. The staff, especially Ansh, is very helpful.

Wish more restaurants nearby. Only White Spot is in the hotel, and the nearest place to eat would be Marine Drive station, which is 3 bus stops away.
