We loved the location as you can jump on the sky train and get anywhere down town or to the airport. If you have kids this hotel is awesome for them. Really enjoyed watching the planes land from the wharf view of the room. Kids loved it and it was always cool to see all the various types of planes. Starbucks in the hotel made it easy to grab a mid day pick me up coffee. The staff were wonderful, kind and really attentive. We did the buffet for one night and it was good but we much preferred the local restaurants and take out. It's pricey if you have kids that don't eat much. The pillows and main bed were comfy. The pull out couch bed was terrible and all you felt was the springs.

The pool was so busy and the smell there was strong chlorine. Cloudy water in the pool, cold I mean colder than any leisure pool we go to. Both times we were at the pool no pool towels available so we used room towels. The hotel concierge did get us clean towels after as they knew of the shortage. The pull out bed was a queen which is great but all springs and terrible for your back. They switched the coffee machines from Nespresso to Lavazo. Our machine didn't work at all and it wasn't intuitive to use. Bring back Nespresso machines they worked great last time we stayed.

Well-appointed suite, very clean, spacious, quite comfortable. Delicious food in all venues. Lovely pool/hot tub area (hot tub was comfortably hot). High quality amenities. Very kind, helpful staff who went above and beyond the call with front-desk support and local information. Excellent restaurant wait staff who couldn't be more kind. Close proximity to airport. Loved that the hotel had its own pedestrian ramp at the Bridgeport Sky Train station (wow!). Short Sky Train ride between YVR and River Rock's Sky Train Station (Bridgeport Station). As long as luggage is manageable, would definitely stay here on night before boarding a cruise ship as Sky Train Waterfront Station is right at the Cruise Terminal ($3.10 for one-way senior Sky Train ticket, 30-minute ride) -- practically door-to-door connection. Amazing!

Wish there were a couple of fine dining restaurants, but understand that the first of two is opening April 2024.

Pool was closed for yearly maintenance . The staff was incredible from hotel reception ( helping with sky train info etc) to Jason at Curves and Joseph for details re: room service offerings and the staff at the food court kiosks. Our stay was extended as my cousin got sick and we had to extend our stay by a day and every staff we encountered including the cleaning staff went out of their way to adjust their usual offerings to meet our unique situation. You folks are awesome!❤️

Bookings.com did not tell us the pool was to be closed for yearly maintenance though front desk said they make them aware of that. Not the hotel’s fault but disappointing.

Location is great for those who flew in from YVR, and don't want to commute too far into Metro Vancouver for a place to stay. Right next to a Skytrain station too, for all your transit needs.

Lack of staffing at the front desk. Line up was 20 people long, and only one person working the desk. And didn't help when one of the people in the line up was a "Karen" who asked a bunch of asinine questions, and no extra staff coming in to help the work load. Felt bad for the employee, but I was getting tired after my own dealings going through the airport.

I was only there 1 night, to take my time transiting from the Gulf Islands to Montreal. It was such a good decision. It definitely has a resort feel, fun vibe, and nice esthetic. The room I had was clean, comfortable, spacious, with excellent soundproofing considering it was overlooking the SkyTrain station and near the airport. The access to the station is brilliant! You could go from here to the airport and not even step outside. It made it easy to go for supper in the West End for one last supper uptown. Vancouver public transit is really the best, and serves this hotel so well. The grassy lounge behind Curve is a nice place to hang out, with bunnies hopping around! I didn't play in the Casino but it's huge, felt like Vegas without the cigarette smoke. My partner did pretty good though.

The college pop music at breakfast, I could do without. It's a family or older guest destination, let's find something more mellow and less loud. The restaurant staff is not very experienced, so there may he snags. Not a complaint really, just be aware. Staffing issues are near-universal so patience is warranted towards those who have been hired.

The hotel is connected to the train station through undercover walkway. We got off the plane at YVR international airport, got on the train which is like 2min walk from the terminal, travelled 4 stops/6mins to Bridgeport station, then walked from the train station to the hotel which is like 5mins walk. Then used train to get around the city. Perfect location for train access.

Housekeeping knocked on our door to clean our room. We said we aren't finished with our room yet. Then housekeeping said how long until they can enter. We were staying for 1 night and had not checked out yet. Why would they be trying to clean our room when we haven't even checked out yet? If we got back to our room say 5mins later they would have been trying to make up our room when we are wanting to pack up.

Rooms were a nice size, comfortable beds and large bathroom.

Hotel was pricey and charged an additional 2% for using a Visa charge card. We would not have reserved this hotel if we had known they DID NOT provide complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. Almost every other hotel did and at the price point of this hotel it should include complimentary shuttle service. We spent an extra $100 hiring taxis and Lyft services for rides to and from dinner and the airport. Not acceptable for a hotel at this price point.

very nice spacious room. we definitely loved having a separate sitting room and bedroom. nice large soaker tub for relaxing after a long day. very quiet restful comfortable sleep. the housekeeping team is very great at what they do and are very courteous.

we had to go to front desk to have our keys re-keyed at least once a day; sometimes 3x. I kept the key in my pocket one day to ensure it was away from cell phone and other cards and it was still needing to be re keyed which created inconvenience especially when there was line ups

I appreciate there was free parking but wish it was closer to the hotel. There is an outdoor lot to the north of the hotel towers that is much closer but it’s not open to the public (it used to be years ago). Perhaps it could be used for hotel guests? Also, the “trainee” (that’s what her name badge said) that checked us in provided excellent service. She was sweet, friendly, thorough, and had a happy demeanour and smiled throughout our interaction. My compliments to the trainee!

We went to use the fitness room at 9:30PM but it was closed, even though it was supposed to be open until 10PM. I called the front desk who confirmed the gym is supposed to be open until 10PM and promised to send someone over but no one came.

- Clean, modern room, easy access from skytrain and quick ride to airport, no noise from adjoining rooms or hallways. We’re noise sensitive and appreciated that staff accommodated our request to be on a high floor and far away from the elevator or other noisy areas. The room wasn’t “far away” but far enough that we didn’t hear people by the elevator.

We we’re given a room overlooking the skytrain so it was a noisy while the train was running. Our tv reception was poor on some channels. wanted to watch US election results and CNN wasn’t working. Odds seem very poor in casino. We didn’t even have many/any little wins to encourage continuing to play.
