the apartment was very clean and modern and good size, the view was amazing, didnt really hear others which was nice. comfy beds, lovely bathrooms, and did I mention the view ... yes think I did, that was a huge winner!! Also really close to everything, straight across from beach, walk a few minutes to the markets and the hustle and bustle, love it.

Very small supply of things like dish wash liquid tea towels, for 7 nights I would expect to be able to get through and not have to supply more myself, also not a huge amount of kitchen equipment, but then we really only did basic things in the kitchen anyway, but if that's the worst I can come up with, then that's not bad!

Location location location

Everything is so old, and so much maintenance needs to be done. There is no light in the kitchen, and barely any kitchenware to use. I understand that most people who stay there are likely on holiday. The owner can at least spend something to make it half-decent. It is what it is and we sort of expect it as this is our second time staying. You cannot fault the location, so convenient to everything with million dollars view from the balcony.

Loved the view. Loved the apartment except for a couple of issues. Loved the location.

The apartment needs a bit of an upgrade. Lots of chipped paintwork. Lights in main bathroom faulty. Handle on ensuite shower broken. Only 2 teaspoons. Main worry was not being able to figure out how to work hotplates. No instruction book in the cupboard. Mostly minor issues but the hotplate and bathroom light problem became a bit frustrating.

Location location location. The building is an absolute beach front and taller than most the building around it. I am on level 17 and the view is a million dollars. Can't even imagine what level 46, the top floor’s view like.

For whatever reason, we paid only $1400 for 5 nights. So I am not complaining. The apartment is 17B and it is dirty. I have stayed in a country town motel for $60 a night and at least it is clean. There are 4 levels under renovation. This apartment might be on the renovation list that I don't know. It needs a series upgrade. Everything in this apartment is old and dirty.

location is fantastic, walk across the road and the beach is there. 3 block walk and your at Cavill st. Heated indoor pool and spa which you can use from 7am-10pm. lifts to rooms so no lugging bags upstairs and secure parking. the unit was spacious, washing machine and dryer to use. Great view and large balcony. Joanne from reception was a lovely lady and went out her way to help, can’t thank her enough.

Shower heads need replacing, as do the beds as they’d seen better days.

I liked the location. The size of the units. 4 lifts little waiting.car access good.

Well thought some of the kitchen utensils were not up to standard for an up market unit.1 I repeat one wine glass. The other glasses plates were a mish mash of hand me downs.Dinner Plates were all sizes. Some were so large they fouled up the arms of the dishwasher . That aside the unit 19a was great. Thank you. Hope you that’s this on board as fair criticism. Was happy otherwise.😀

The location was amazing. We were right in the middle of Surfers Paradise, close to everything. The size of the apartment was great.

More toilet paper would have been beneficial with 3 teenagers and 2 adults. The apartment was dated but functional. A descent frypan and a good sharp knife would have been handy.

Great location, fantastic swimming facilities, large spacious and open plan living area.

Kitchen was dirty on arrival, live and dead cockroaches found in kitchen cabinets, among cutlery etc floor was dirty, crumbs, dust and dead cockroaches had to be swept up.

good location on the GC. manager had to come and sort out our key after late arrival and we were given the wrong key! renovated area outside was nice.

checked in after hours, we’re given the wrong key. had to call out the manager after hours to fix the problem. renovations taking place in the outside area. indoor pool area is very old and in need of updating. only one chair for the balcony.

less than 5minutes walk to the beach. Literally just across. i requested for ocean view, I didn’t get a response, but Breakfree Peninsula gave it to us..very kind and nice..my son and my husband’s enjoyed their time together at the balcony every morning while watching the sunrise and the sea breeze.

we used the spare quilt from the cabinet but they quite itchy..maybe because no one used it coz of covid lockdown..maybe they can all be wash now that everything are opening up. Other than that, my whole family loves this accommodation.
