Anacapri Holiday Resort Apartments

The location was great, two blocks from the beach, with secure underground parking. After-hours checkin was a breeze. The pool and tennis court were a ton of fun and front desk was helpful every step of the way. The place was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and fans to keep cool. The full size kitchen with fridge-freezer, large stove-top and even a dishwasher, not to mention a washing machine and dryer, had all our needs fully covered. One of the two bathrooms even had a bath, which was invaluable with the little one that likes getting dirty. The place is 5min walk from the main street with food/shopping options to suit all tastes. Baba Jones and Alfrescoes were both excellent placed to eat. Overall it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

If you ever feel nostalgic for 80s and 90s, this is the place to go (not necessarily in a bad way) ☺️ The main road close by can be noisy at times, and street lighting was a nuisance at night, even with the blind down. In our case, the fan in upstairs room seemed unsafe (unbalanced) so we could not use it (luckily there was aircon, albeit with broken vane) The kitchen was equipped, but just barely. There was one pan, which was huge, and 2 pots for cooking, which can be limiting for those wishing to eat in.

Unit was clean and tidy, Plenty of cutlery, plates, etc provided. Beds were clean and all linen was provided. We requested additional car parking space, which was provided free of charge - thank you!

Lack of comms - had no idea that reception would be closed in the afternoon, but was able to contact AH manager to get access to the key safe. Had to wait for another guest to open the door, as it seemed the remote door access wasn't working for the manager. Was expecting 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom, so we had to request assistance. A portable bed was provided promptly to address this issue.

The after hours staff were very friendly and helpful with the after hours check in process. Harvey at reception was friendly and very professional in dealing with the original room we were. allocated. Harvey was quick to respond and had a friendly disposition daily.

the original room allocated had a very bad odour,carpets aged. kitchen curtains lacking hence no privacy. and located on the bottom townhouse section near the main road there for very busy and noisy from dawn to dusk.

I had a Fantastic newly renovated room. New kitchen and lounge TV etc. My mattress was Amazing so comfortable. So much that I took the sheet etc of to see what brand so I can get one. A had a few of 3 sides the River the beach and otherside. The spa was great. And pool. And such a shirt distance to all to all main attractions and Tram.

My friend needed an iron. Ironing board but no iron. A minimal trivial thing. Maybe an extra toilet paper.

Great location, within walking distance of everywhere. The room was clean and facilities were good. The pool and spa were great too. The Foxtel facility was much appreciated. We checked in late, and there was no problem with calling the after hours number and having out room key handed over promptly. Having an undercover secure car park a real added bonus. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

The tennis courts are not a good shape, and the fence needs fixing to prevent the balls from rolling outside under the fence. The court surface needs some TLC. May I also suggest you add some decaffeinated coffee sachets please, as there are people who can't have caffeine.

The manager is the most amazing person ever! He made my family feel so welcome & safe I have stayed here a few times the rooms are amazing large clean & fantastic for the price. Anacapri is my go to resort on the Gold coast it's located near everything my family will definitely return & stay here recommend to couples & families 10 star rating well deserved Maree Dare

Spacious unit, easily accessible and close to gym/pool and underground carpark. Very clean with lovely linen and accessories in room. Good internet and once I connected the HDMI cable, TV reception and channel choice was great. Ideal base for GC short trips and beach visits. I recommend Kawarra Surf Club for food, fun and surf fun. Safe carpark and secure access to unit. Ideal pool setup and BBQ area.

The property was very clean,neat and tidy.The amenities were great. Great value for money and when we arrived the property looked much better than the photos we had seen on our booking site. Thankyou Anacapri Apartments. We would highly recommend you too our family and friends.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Perhaps just a few teabags and small milk in the fridge would have been nice...🙏😊

I have double booked my vacation with two different apartments and Harvey was very nice to help me out to change the dates for me. He went out of his way to ensure that i have my bookings and also he was very fast in his response to my enquiry and questions throughout the whole booking process. Very spacious accommodation. Modern kitchen and well equipped. Clean bathrooms. Floor coverings and tiles in good repair.

Painting finish to many walls a bit tired after years of previous tenancy, but generally ok.
