We booked three apartments for a multi-generational holiday. All of the apartments were clean and comfortable, with good views. We all enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and the short walk to the beach. The apartments were well-matched to the occupants. We appreciated the special gift left for us as the trip was a celebration of birthdays and retirement.

Unfortunately, the dryer in one of the apartments was not working and there was no airer which was a bit of a problem for the occupants as they had small children. The managers were advised but it wasn't rectified prior to our departure.

The location was perfectly close enough to everything we needed, especially the tram stop just down the road, which made it easy. Staff were wonderful at Acapulco, very friendly and very helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean. Decent size balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed.

No ice cube trays - which is very minor Suggestion would be a good clean out of the ensuite basin It was a bit tricky to lock the glass door to the balcony at times

Apartment was styled beautifully, modern and very roomy. Great location. Right opposite beautiful beach. Easy walk to heart of Surfers or take the tram, with tram stop at the end of the block.

Undercover car parking was not allocated to rooms. Last day of our stay we couldn't get a park even though we were advised we would definitely have one. No view from our floor which was disappointing when we paid for ocen view.

The location was great and the views of the beach were amazing. The weather wasn't great whilst staying there but there is an indoor pool and spa which was a life saver for the kids. The apartment was spotlessly clean and near new appliances was appreciated. The size of the appartment and rooms were great also.

The furniture, TV, bathrooms and wardrobes could do with an update. Was a struggle to find parking underground that wasn't assigned to a resident. Apart from that it was all good.

The apartment was very spacious, clean & in a great location (10min walk to surfers) The indoor heated pool/spa was great. Outdoor pool looks amazing as well but way to cold to swim out there in July.

Car park is extremely low at 1.9mtrs I believe & spots are extremely tight.

The location is very good in between Broadbeach and surfers Paradise next to beach the tram stop only at the end of the street apartment very good everything there for what you need the receptionist very helpful

The location was great, close to the patrolled beach, walking distance to main shops. good view, pools and surroundings were clean and tidy.

Our room had a humid kind of smell, and our main shower had mold on the floor. The room was more of an older style to the last one we had on our last stay, it was much more modern.

Location! 10-15 min walk or 2 train stations away from Cavil Ave (station is 3 min walk). Also a 10 min train ride to the largest shopping centre in the southern hemisphere!

The location rates alongside the facilities for the Acapulco. It's close to and with views of the beach, walking distance to Surfers and Broadbeach, the tram is a block behind it so you're able to travel anywhere without wheels and the pools, gym and gardens are great pluses. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and lovely to see each day.

The apartment was clean and operational however the very dated bathrooms and kitchen aren't very appealing. You are able to request information about each apartment prior to booking as in whether they are renovated or have air-conditioning; these things can't be assumed and then you choose to pay the higher rate.
