Surfers Del Rey

The rooms were quite spacious and the kitchen was good. The kids loved the pool and had it to themselves most of the days which was a bonus. The view from the balcony was great too. It was a great location as the main surfers beach and shopping was sighing walking distance

The shower heads were quite low and the ceiling was mouldy, the bed was very creaky and felt like it might break if we made any sudden movements. The toilet door was also creaky

Location is great! The accomodation was away from the hectic Cavil Ave, beach & tram traffic but still close within a short walking distance to it all. Loved the apartment! Nice and clean, spacious throughout with all needed amenities and wifi included. Beautiful view from balcony of the canal. Have to mention that there is a large 2 person shower in apartment. Arrival was very easy thanks to property manager providing easy arrival instructions prior to check in. Secure allocated parking included with apartment and there’s also visitors parking spaces on property which is great because parking on street was packed. Property manager Mark was easy to contact and friendly. Pool and sauna facilities were unavailable due to renovations but doesn’t look like it’s far away from finishing. Definitely will book here again.

Fantastic location, short stroll into surfers. Pool was beautiful and apartment was a great size and very well equipped with everything we needed. Staff were very friendly.

Apartments in need of of a bit of an upgrade. It's fantastic value for money and we had a great stay, but small things like gate outside broken and banging all night, no power point in the bedroom and single bed mattresses very hard let it down a little bit. Otherwise wonderful.

some of the outdoor activity where out for maintenace repairs and wifi not working also under repair but every thing else was very good

I enjoyed everything, the staff was really friendly, nice and understanding. The place was fantastic with the river view. The staff was so kind, I couldn't turn on the TV, didn't see the button to turn it on. I called him, he came straightaway and was not disturbed at all, very friendly. The place was impeccable, very clean. The room was huge, clean and bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was really clean.

The price only because of school holidays and marathon on together didn't help but when I come up again I would stay again .

literally took so long to get into our room on ch do in as we request late check in out of staff hours, although the hotel was sweat of this there was no way we were getting into the building without the help of another resident that was passing though that opened the door for us. it took at least 30minutes for a staff member to answer a call

the room was very comfortable with good air con and WIFI lovely balcony good supply of hot water good parking and very handy to the room the manager Maggie was lovely and did her best to make our stay comfortable over all a great room for 3 adults beds were comfotable and linen was fresh and clean would stay again

the cleaning was not up to a good std and the lounge room could have had a couple of armchairs

Great position..5 minutes walk to Surfers Paradise. Clean and tidy. Good internet access. Room 34 had a nice view of the river from the balcony.

was a bit of a mess up with the room and shortage of cleaning staff on the day but due to covid this was understandable and Mark and Maggie were so nice it was fine. We were first out in a room without a view contrary to what we’d booked but this was sorted out quickly and in a very friendly manner by these lovely staff.
