Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise

The views are amazing!! Had both ocean and city views with the balconies joined around the apartment. Walking distance from shops and beach. Lots of space throughout, clean, and most amenities were included in the kitchen. TV in every room, including the living area, which was huge!! Jet spa in master bedroom was nice and easy to use. Washing machine and dryer were included in our room - very convenient! Staff were professional and lovely. Check-in and check-out was easy, and housekeeping were always polite and kind. Will definitely come back to stay!!

The elevators were quite slow - it took us roughly 30 minutes to get downstairs at times. Even though each room has a TV, they don't do streaming services, so you're stuck watching basic cable or buying movies through them. Parking is $25 AUD per day, which isn't too bad, but if you're staying for more than a few days, it adds up. We had 3 cars, and the staff were lovely enough to waive the fee for one of them, so I consider it a plus still!!!

I loved that the hotel location was so close to everything especially Cavill Ave. I also loved that the facilities were open from 6:00a.m - 10:00p.m and that there was an "adults only" time from 8p.m-10p.m. I also loved that house keeping is everyday, however I was unsure what that entailed, apart from bed making, rubbish removal and the dirty towels.

That kids were allowed in the pool from 8pm-10pm. I quite enjoy relaxing and not having someones kid scream at the top of their lungs because they don't get their way. Or loads of kid doing bombs off the pool furniture, that was annoying and uncomfortable.

Stayed in room 4602 Loved absolutely everything! Very surprised at the cleanliness of the whole apartment, the variety of tea and coffee pods and then of course the amazing view. Water pressure in the shower in the ensuite was great. I can admit that their breakfast menu and room service menu is not very big but literally everything tastes amazing. The fact that you go downstairs and there is a massive amount of restaurants everywhere and entertainment in the quarter every night. Massive gratitude goes out to the gentlemen at the front door that help with parking and checking in enquiries. They were extremely helpful and friendly and always had smiles on their faces when you walk past, it’s nice when your stay starts off with that. Restaurant staff offered excellent service and the food was always perfect.

Not a complaint at all but we put a sign on the door for 2 days asking for room service not to clean. They would then leave a massage on the phone and a card saying that they were unable to clean and if anything is needed, that we can just call reception. But every time they called, my husband and I were having naps and the phone made a noise to let us know there’s a message. So I loved the idea of the phone message but it was bad timing every time 😅

walking distance to most things secure car park provided for each apartment hired indoor pool, steam room good man at front to receive cars for people to check in/out very helpful and well trained reception ladies could be warmer on receiving guesses but ok. perhaps staff could take the attitude to do things for guesses rather then not , like simple things like towels for a swim…

included breakfast was very limited short menu for a week stay, better in a lot of other venues with buffet at the Gold Coast. charging for toast seems out of place. oddly slow lifts, long waits to go up or down, but there are 6 lifts but lines of people waiting washing machine did not work day 1 but fixed day1 ok AC stopped working last night but cool enough with sea breeze

Breakfast food was amazing, would be nice to be able to get basic options for guests with allergies etc. The room views were amazing, the beds fantastic and the staff as helpful as they could be.

The lifts can take such a long time, which normally wouldn’t matter however we were staying for a wedding and time was kind of important. The limited parking on the ground level was also less than desirable (only because it was a wedding and the bride didn’t fancy traipsing through the basement). Would be awesome to have an option to rent rooms without some furniture etc to cater for different needs, but a marginal issue.

Spectacular views of the ocean and city scape with a 24/7 reception who responded respectfully & helpfully to every single question.

my personal daily/morning clean up with 2 kids under 5 was more thorough than the daily clean/tidy by the crew. I would appreciate no mould in the shower, a daily vacuum, dinning chairs de-crumbed, mattresses to be steam cleaned (free from urine/stains) and the dinning table balanced rather than looking for paper to shove under the table to stabilise. when my son wet the bed we notified reception ASAP for it to be appropriately cleaned in the interests of other guests. sadly the bed sheets were just redressed and nil cleaning occurred of the mattress.

We liked the location, having 2 young children with us, it was easy to walk to everything and public transport was close. The uninterrupted ocean veiw was stunning, with a large balcony for dinning and just passing the time. The 3brm unit itself was clean and tidy with good size bthrms, kitchen was easy to use, also a great fridge.just wish there was non stick cookwear.

Whilst we were happy overall it would have been lovely to have a drink and bar nibbles by the pool, a bit annoying having to get appropriately dressed after a swim, with 2 little ones.

The room layout and structure were impeccable, and the views were unparalleled. The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient, with all the amenities of the bustling shops and restaurants just downstairs. I highly recommend the Peppers Soul to anyone looking for an exceptional experience at Gold Coast. From the breathtaking views to the unbeatable location and top-notch amenities, it truly has it all. This was my second time staying here at Gold Coast, and I will undoubtedly choose it again in the future.

Absolutely stunning views from the ocean view apartments. My parents were visiting from the UK and that is certainly the way to show them to gold coast!! I had bought Sky Point tickets to show them the view and it honestly was just as good from our balcony. Room wasnt ready at check in but the waiter at Hyde bar gave us a round of free drinks whilst we waited. Excellent service and im so pleased they left a good impression for my family.

I honestly cant fault anything, if im being very picky it was just a shame that the coffee pods dont get refilled. I think they were $20 if you wanted more and considering there were 4 of us who love a coffee on the balcony, i just wish i knew as id have brought my own.

The location and view are perfect, best of the surfers paradise for sure. 2-bedroom suite is modern and clean

1. The bathroom's exhausted fan isn't working during my stay 2. Parking instruction can be more clearer before check in. we drove into the carpark before going into the concierge for check in, and took me quite a while to figure out how to park and where to park. 3. When it's windy (most days it is) there is a big noise coming from the wind blowing under the door gap when it's closed. we had to put a towel to seal the gap to stop the noise. wish the hotel could do some proper sealing to the gap under the door to prevent it from happening
