The room had a huge wrap around balcony and nice big shower cubicle which (apart from good air conditioning),are my 2 must haves. The location of the room was a little strange as you had to go through one door which led to a small space with 2 room doors to enter, this space felt a little unsafe but the room was lovely, clean and spacious enough for a couple of days. The balcony was fantastic but sadly the view was concrete jungle (didn’t bother me at all - I was just pleased with the space). We had trouble getting into our room on a couple of occasions during our 2 night stay and had to go back and forth to the front desk to rectify the issue with the access cards. It was easily fixed by the staff member on duty who was lovely, but was just annoying at the time. My request for late checkout was refused but this may be due to the timing as it was school holidays, so the room was probably heavily booked. I would book here again as the location to Chermside shopping centre is perfect and I liked the contemporary but warm vibe of the apartment.
Check in felt lengthy, room access cards failed to work at times and late check out could not be accommodated

Apartments are located close to Chermside shopping centre. The unit was large with a great deck, although there was not much of a view from the second floor. The unit was well equipped and it would be possible to stay for an extended period as there was a washing machine and dryer. The ladies in reception were very friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast was adequate.
The unit wasn't dirty, but felt as if it needed a really good clean to include cleaning windows, the glass in the shower and the cupboards in the kitchen. The building could look a lot better if the outside was cleaned.

Nice open floor layout with good visuals to the external world. ROOM 307
General maintenance upkeep. Shower rose/hand piece was not working (no jets streams of water just an out pour) Kitchen island bench doors loose on hinges. This is typical unfortunately today due to particle type board used in cupboard construction not allowing good long term door hinge screw purchase. There is a fix though. Power point next to bathroom vanity basin needed to be sealed or mounted flush to tiles to stop possible moisture (water vapour/steam etc.) from providing an electric shock path. Investigated this sort of incident too many times! TV antenna cable outlet in main bedroom bumped and broken (probably by vaccuming). I am a maintenance person so notice these sorts of things.

Staff attended to issues forthwith with a smile and apology (no microwave, dirty water in jug, twin rooms) Microwave ovens had always been in rooms before but new local fire alarm regulations required their removal- an understandable safety reason. Great location for shopping and bus transport. About 10th time we’ve stayed. Prefer not to change next time, so won’t.
Vast wasted concrete balcony space in lower ‘hotel’ rooms, in contrast to reasonably clean and appointed less spacious rooms.

Great apartments, clean and tidy. Plenty room for my family and facilities nearby. Great reception staff and there was space in the carpark under the building which was a bonus.
Previously when the parking garage was full, I had to park on the street a few streets away the area beside the property was described as not belonging to the site and we were advised not to park there. The surface for this site is very uneven any way. Parking is the only negative to the apartments that I can see for this property everything else is really good.

Reception staff were the best, so friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant for access to the shopping centre and buses for the city. The pool was lovely after a hard day shopping, just float and relax.
The microwave had instructions but the buttons weren't labeled - so I couldn't warm my food, what should have been 3 minutes took 40 minutes and only warm. There were 2 dirty towels from the previous occupants in the bathroom. I went to sit on the lounge and sunk in and found it difficult to get out. Two of the seats no longer had any suspension. I used the dining chair instead to watch TV

Breakfast was provided with the accommodation and was a very spacious place with large bathrooms. Comfortable bed and beddings. Extremely good location, next to the Chermside Westfield Mall and to all other transport modes. Car park area was available too. Not too far from airport.
Was a comfortable stay, Short and flexible rates you don't get room serviced daily as is mentioned. But for my 2 nights stay I didn't need the roomed to be cleaned daily.

Such a spacious apartment with everything you would need. Loved the bathroom. Beds were comfortable and loved the block out blinds. Easy to get to the shops and local eat out diners. The story behind the continental breakfast was great and we were able to experience the sentiment by getting to talk to others during breakfast.
Could hear others in the next apartment and husband was witness to local hoodlums in the neighbouring carpark trying to jimmy car doors.

Almost top floor room - MUCH better, quieter than usual 2nd floor room, cleaner, bigger. Stayed there numerous times. They were very good to us in COVID era with lost bookings due to lockdowns, so some customer loyalty Even so we got a much better experience this time - thank you Slept really well.
‘Juice’ instead of fruit drink at breakfast would be nicer. Free fruit at reception good though.

The lady at reception was extremely nice and really helpful. It was a good location for us as it is close enough to Brisbane airport. There is a nice shopping center 5 minutes walking from the hotel which has everything. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was basic but it was free so was lovely to get it.
The only issue we had, we arrived at 11pm at night from an international country, so our phones were not working. On booking.com, it said we could check in until 12 but when we got there, the reception was closed since 7. There was a phone number to ring bit we couldn't but thankfully another kind guest, let us use his phone so we got into our room then.
