In general, the location and their staff are very perfect from my point of view. Mrs. Khuyen at the front desk is very professional and clever. The food was awesome that I could get so addicted to their buffet for the breakfast. The choice of food is so large for a small price of 100k dong. The swimming pool is so clean with a heartbreaker panoramic view on the 20th floor. The facilities in my room are quite news and they are brand new. The security of this location is ideal since it's not on the large street. The manager came to talk to me and I find they are quite polite. I will come back in a couple months and this hotel is my preferred for their good price and good service combined to premium quality of your business or leisure trip.

the Hotel was just like in the picture, nice and clean, four star quality and literally 3 mins from the ocean. Our room was a Deluxe with balcony, really nice. The lobby is big compare to other surrounding hotels, it feels luxurious. The staff, though not exceptional, they’re professional enough to be acceptable.
Unfortunately, we probably will NOT come back. The reason is simple, we cannot have a good sleep because the pillows are so hard (compare to any hotel that I have been to, regardless of stars) both me and my wife cant really have a good sleep because it actually hurt our heads lying on it for a long time.
