What is there to like? It was a room with a shower and air. It's a ROOM. Manager and staff were excellent. My third or fourth time there. Fairly centralized.
I used to live there for 7 years...not close to the beach, so I left.

Great value for the price, perfect location being within walking distance of all local area. Staff are always ready to assist, eager and friendly as always. This is not my first visit to A&EM. I also enjoyed one night at the A&EM Art facility across the street. Very comfortable and excellent room.

The building and the rooms are fine. Good beds, view and a lot of street food in the neighbourhood. The staff worked very hard to help us with tours, directions and calling grab taxis.
Breakfast was in their other hotel across the street and while that's not such a problem we did find the food very ordinary. Neither me nor my Vietnamese wife could find good food there which makes it high priced when you don't have breakfast there but have to walk around the block for street food (which was really good).

Great service by hotel staff especially receptionist Mr. Hieu who was kind enough to give me an early check-in. Neat and clean room with all the basic facilities. Excellent location. Ben Thanh market is only 5 minutes walk and most of the city attractions are close by. Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties.
Traffic sound may disturb your sleep in the morning. Better request for higher floor if available.

Centrally located. near all the famous tourist sites. while the room condition requires more maintenance, the Suite that we had was comfortable. air conditioning was excellent. the staff including the receptionist and the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

We arrived early morning due to an overnight flight from Europe. We were upgraded to allow us early access to our room..much appreciated.
