Holiday Inn Express Wenatchee, an IHG Hotel

The staff here was simply amazing, They were absolutely the nicest people we have ever dealt with at a hotel. Went way above and beyond to make sure my wife was happy and even decorated her room. They saved the day!!!!!!!!!! We will stay her again simply because of the staff,

I booked this room through booking.com and it was supposed to have a jacuzzi tub. It did not even though that's what we paid/booked for, Which was not the fault of the staff or hotel.

Super friendly staff (especially Shawn). Pool/ Hot Tub, workout areas were nice. Rooms were very clean, and cleaning service was great.

Breakfast runs out way too quickly and seems understaffed to refill or replenish the empty breakfast items. Heat control was a bit tricky. We found opening and closing the window to be more effective.

The room and hotel were really clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were several good breakfast options and popcorn and cookies in the evening. The staff were courteous and helpful. The location is good, just a little hard to get in and out of when it's busy.

The pet area could be better.

the pool was closed while we were there, which is not the end of the world but still sucks. was never told I had to pay a pet fee since I brought my dog with me, and my receipt did not say I had a pet fee until I had to call the next day.

The breakfast buffet was perfect and I loved the "grab and go" option and the bags provided...thank you! The staff always had a smile and were prompt in assisting our needs.

I wish the pool heater was working. one of the reasons we booked here was to swim, at least we could use the hot tub. Also the pet area waste basket was full when we arrived and was never emptied...very disgusting.

the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, very welcoming and overall made the experience way better!

I wish there was more grass or a better pet location, it was too close to the train tracks and no fencing to allow me to let my dogs loose and overall very little greenery I had to go over to the other hotel for the grass.

Didn’t partake this trip but multiple stays and the breakfast is good

A place to park a trailer. One was in the lower lot across a few stalls and we had to take up the side parking with a few stalls

The breakfast was exceptional! The facilities are a bit dated but that spa worked great on my back after driving 8 hours. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. We stayed at 5 hotels on a 5 day trip around the state and this hotel, staff and facilities were better, by far than all others combined. GREAT JOB!

We had a pet. The room was spacious but the pet area could have been a bit bigger. However the dog was happy and really so was I.

Really good! Plenty of coffee. I did overhear several families were disappointed that the pancake maker wasn’t working

The elevator had a really heavy chemical smell. Almost like oil or something???

Hotel staff was helpful and accommodating. Hotel offered free popcorn and cookies in the evening, which are nice items to have when you have kids. Room size is good and beds are comfortable.

The hotel is really goof overall for its price point. The only item that I was not satisfied with was the bathroom, more specifically the shower height - too low for a 6' - 4".
