Nice staff great location near alot of restaurants stores etc

I checked out 2 days early and even spoke to 2 front desk agents before doing so and was told I would be refunded for the 2 unused nights . However I called the next morning after checking out to see how long it would take to be refunded and was told that I was still CHECKED IN after I had already checked out the morning prior . They were very nonchalant about it and because of that I probably wouldnt stay again after pretty much trying to be ripped off

I was weLcomed by a friendly, efficient receptionist who directed me to a great Greek restaurant and a cheap gas station nearby. The refurbished room was clean, the shower was powerful and hot and the bed very comfortable. The free breakfast was unexpected and ‘though basic very welcome. The lodge was ideally situated for all the available facilities.

A coffee machine in the room would have been nice.

I liked that the staff were friendly and didn't act like wardens of a prison. The atmosphere was not a corporate, strict, by the book feel and the hot tub, pool and sauna were open till 11 so there were no screaming kids or anyone else really to bug us. it was very relaxing.. a little get away right here in town!

the early check out time. we like to sleep in and take out time waking up. perhaps 2:00 PM would be nice.

Comfortable Bed. Small Refrigerator and Micro Wave were handy. Friendly Staff. Nice remodeled Bathroom except for toilet. Room included Breakfast Waffles, Cereal, OJ. 6AM till10 AM!! Good Mexican Restaurant short walk away.

TV had 2 Remote Controls, very confusing! Toilet uncomfortable, almost sitting on the Floor. I'll ask for a Disabled Room next time.

Excellent staff. Left some fairly expensive items in the room and staff called that evening and was willing to mail them back to me. Very honest and kind. Thank you!

How well the facilities are maintained.

That the breakfast needs fruit or some sort of protein. Hard boiled eggs, preanut butter, or possibly bacon with the waffles.

Well managed and reasonably priced independent motel. Friendly, efficient staff and well maintained. Great place to stay before jumping on the ferry to Alaska. Especially if you are on foot or cycling! There's an REI and grocery store within walking distance and only a few miles from the dock (downhill 😃)

No problems at all.

I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, however it was great having the fridge and microwave in my suite so I could look after my own diet. Also I really appreciated the in-house laundry.

It would be great if there were screens on the windows to keep out the bugs in the summertime. Also, cigarette smokers were standing right under my window instead of 25 feet away from the building.

The room was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Convenient location close to everything.

Due to changes in travel arrangements beyond my control, I had to change my reservation from 2 nights to 1 night and was not able to get a refund.

Bellingham lodge has been my peaceful paradise place I been going since 2015. Bellingham lodge has excellent customer service 10 out of 10 the rooms clean and neat and quiet 10 out of 10 the break fast excellent 10 out of 10.
