The breakfast that Saturday morning was great! The potatoes with the sausage and the sweet potato casserole should be on the breakfast menu everyday! I give that a 10 out of 10! It was delicious! Mrs. Gabby was soo professional, friendly, offered great customer service and made me feel comfortable. She came to my room and assisted me with the TV in the room. These newTV's, worked through my phone lol. Overall everyone I came in contact with at this location was very helpful. The tall lady with a lot of tattoos came to clean my room was also awesome! I've stayed here a few times and every time is wonderful.

I was looking for them potatoes and sweet potatoes on Sunday morning but the breakfast was different. So I really didn't get anything that morning to eat. However, thanks for the breakfast every morning.

Conveniently located right off I-85, near restaurants & stores. The common areas & room was clean & updated. They had the most moist/delicious complimentary brownies in the lobby. My Queen bed w/ Sleeper sofa suite was very spacious, well decorated & well equipped. Maxine, who cooked & supplied the breakfast was beyond amazing made sure everyone had plenty to eat. They served chicken & dumplings, fried eggs one day & cheese eggs another day, fresh avocado, sausage & so on absolutely delicious!! My first time staying at a Microtel Wyndham property & I will CERTAINLY be back to this location!!

Be careful stepping out of the bathtub, as to me the step down was a little steep, but I got used to it.

I would give all 5 stars if you had king size beds. Queen beds are too small and no longer desirable for couples. There is no reason why the rooms with one bed shouldn’t have king size beds

The queen size bed hated it we were so uncomfortable but we loved everything else!

Decent breakfast. Was convenient to the highway and along our drive route home from Asheville, NC

After checking in we went up to our room and found the door open with the deadbolt engaged to keep it open. I noticed at least 3 other unoccupied rooms on our floor with the door open in a similar manner. I notified the front desk in person and she followed me up to lock the other doors. She apologized and agreed that it shouldn’t have happened.

Staff - super nice & helpful; love how they prepare the online check-in. Walked in, gave my name, verified, handed me keys in two minutes (I was digging in my bag looking for my glasses in case I had to fill it out again), that was extremely convenient

It felt clean and refreshing plus a great breakfast layout.

the only downside is thay if you are a light sleeper you can hear the hallway very easily, it didn't help i was right in front of the elevator so if you are the same id make sure to ask to be further away.

The staff was wonderful I had my days incorrect when I checked in and the manager was able to get me in that night she was awesome. Then I extended my stay and Tay and Ashley were so helpful and getting me extended and keeping me in my same room everyone was just super

Room was wonderful, clean and comfortable! Breakfast was excellent, the staff that prepared the breakfast and set up was excellent and did an excellent job!! The pool was very relaxing and enjoyable as well!!

The staff busted into room 10 minutes after we had checked in and walked into the room without knocking, my fiancé was telling them to wait a minute cause he was naked, they just walked on in and then did it again earlier the next morning at 9:30am….

The location, the cleanliness and size of room

There was a party or reunion there on the 1st floor and we didnt sleep much at all, they were up and down the hall loud as ever. Unfortunately for us though.

Everything was great. The housekeeping staff that I came in contact with was exceptional. One of the housekeeping staff even went above and beyond to keep the elevator open for me even after she had gotten off.

The beds were a little too soft but not awful
