The receptionist that greeted us on our stay was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. My husband and I were traveling from Los Angeles for the annual BugOut in Summerduck, VA and took the red-eye flight into Dulles Airport. As we waited for our room to become available, we were invited to have breakfast which was so convenient. The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and was was very satisfying after traveling overnight. The receptionist was able to check us in early, which reflected her excellent customer service skills to try and meet the individual needs of the guest. The room was clean and comfortable. I regret I was too tired to remember the name of the receptionist that assisted us when checking in, as I would have loved to personally mention her by name, however I would definitely stay here again in the future when traveling to Virginia.

The roo was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast consisted of sausage gravy and biscuits, scrambled eggs and sausage patties, veggie omelets and home fries. Fruit loops, raisin bran and special K. Oikos yogurt. Plain bagels and cinnamon buns. Individually wrapped oranges. Bottles of Tropicana OJ and water.

We booked a king size bed and ended up with 2 queens. The staff wasn't helpful and said it was booking.com's fault. I know what I booked and what was confirmed. As far as the breakfast goes the bottled OJ was dark, old and warm, the water was warm also. Usually there is bananas and a variety of bagels. No waffles either.

Large variety of hot options available for breakfast to include omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, bagels. The property is in walking distance of WaWa which is convenient. Target is also right there. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly.

They have both an indoor and outdoor pool, however the outdoor pool is shared with another hotel that attracts a sketchy crowd. The sofa bed would not unfold. After many attempts, I realized it was brand new and there was packaging wiring wrapped around each side. Once I removed that, no issue... but that should've been done. No towels at the pool.

The hotel and amenities were very clean. I liked the Dove products in the bathroom. Lots of good options on the breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly. The location is convenient to the highway for travel.

While the location close to the highway is convenient for travel, it means it is also in a very busy, high traffic area with lots of road noise. We heard a lot of trucks and deliveries outside our room window at all hours of the night.

The staff was nice and checked us in and out quickly, the pool was open which was a surprise. The room was clean and comfortable. I slept well for the most part. Honestly the part that surprised me the most was the shower. The shower pressure was amazing and I did not want to get out. I was also able to walk to a lot of things, sheetz, target, food etc.

My only complaint was just my room in particular 203 was a little noisy for a couple reasons. It was behind the hotel sign which made noise and I think above the washer and dryers for the hotel staff but even with that it was all ok and I slept pretty well!

It was clean and comfortable. It was very enjoyable after stressful travel. I like the location, being able to walk to so many eating choices. Staff was friendly and kind. Miss J , the lady running breakfast, was a special treasure. She went out of her way to check on me later after a bit of trouble with an unruly guest.

Breakfast was disappointing . It never changed over the 3 days. I have had better and while I may come back another time it will only be after looking for a better breakfast first. I'd prefer scrambled eggs over the weird egg omelets which seemed very unhealthy. Bacon instead of two kinds of sausage which seemed identical but were supposedly turkey or pork. Maybe see what others are doing in the area and see how you compare.

Horrible parking situation, elevator inspection expired 4 months ago and was a little shaky on the ride, a couple pieces of trash left behind near the headboard, hair was made up in the bed and was visible through the fitted sheet (what appeared to be a pubic hair).

The hotel was clean and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was great!

The shared outdoor pool with the neighboring hotel was a let down. It was not clean. The neighboring hotel had some unsavory characters visiting at night.

Accessible from Rt. 17 & 95. Other amenities were within the same complex- WaWa, ice cream shop. Parking & lighting were good. There was a great bar-b-que place in downtown Fredericksburg.

Coming from Rt.17 southbound, our maps app didn't explain that a u-turn was needed to enter the hotel driveway. We drove by the first time. It's not the fault of the hotel.

The whole hotel was clean, smelled fresh and good. The public bathroom was awesome. Our room was on point. Parking was ok, not enough parking spots that Saturday night, but we parked in the small strip mall in the back. But everything was good 😊👍

Should have been a better breakfast bar.
