Park Plaza Resort Park City, a Ramada by Wyndham

We stayed 5 nights at this resort for a family ski vacation. We stayed in room 322. It’s warm, clean, and well equipped. All the hotel staff we interacted with are very nice. The manager of the hotel is a skier. He gave us good information about the skiing. The Park City free shuttle buses stop just a few steps away from the front door of the resort - taking us door to door for skiing. We are very happy with our stay.

Very clean and comfortable in walking distance to lots of places. The staff is super friendly and text you each day to make sure you’re content and have everything you need. It’s undergoing renovations but we didn’t hear anything so it was fine and I imagine that’s why we got such a great rate- just under $200 for two nights. Would recommend and stay again.

Visited during a very quiet off-season Sept weekend, hotel maybe 1/4 occupied. Fast and efficient check-in, nice secure underground parking, quiet building with indoor pool, requested a room facing away from the street which was granted, has a relaxing woods view. Clean, spacious room and kitchen, comfortable bed. Loved the gas fireplace for cool nights. Screen decks were nice for fresh air. Appreciated masked staff.

Rooms facing the woods don't get a ton of natural light, it's a trade off. The light bulbs in fixtures were a bit bright/artificial, would have preferred warmer light. The hot tub wasn't open, and some facilities required front-desk approval due to Covid. The pool could get a bit noisy when kids were playing, since the hotel is built around it and enclosed. Not a ton of activities or open restaurants within close walking distance

They called to let me know the room would be ready early and also gave me an upgrade. The room was large, a full well-equipped kitchen, sofa, table, TV. . . a very large room plus a deck with a couple of chairs - very nice - and quiet.

No changing of towels and checking coffee/tea - probably because of Covid. It was just a surprise.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They messaged us and asked how they can help. After my request they actually did help. Location of the hotel is great. It was only 5 minutes from the ski resort.

The pool was open in the middle of the building, so there was no privacy. The mattress was very hard and we could not sleep. Also, there were lights on the AC, so you can see ot as you try to sleep.

Inside pool, friendly staff (Zachary was excellent!), gym, soft beds, all the essentials needed if you forget something, across the street from public transportation to take you to and from the park city mountain resort. Can’t say enough great things! Excellent value for the location and had everything I was looking for in a kitchenette/suite. Will definitely book again!

We loved the kitchen and the ability to make a pot of coffee in the mornings. The refrigerator was great for leftovers and snacks we picked up at the 7 Eleven that was a quick walk away.

We were pleased with everything about this property! Highly recommend it! Arvin at the front desk was wonderful as well!

The beds, bedding and furniture are very new and in excellent condition. The kitchen was very adequate and well appointed. The staff were ALL nice and helpful. I would stay here again. The downsides were minor annoyances that had less to do with the property than the town itself.

Got a free upgrade to an apartment condo with living room, kitchen fully furnished and bedroom

need more lighting. A little dark or dim esp in the bedroom and hallway
