I was extremely pleased with the young ladies that greeted me at the reservation desk, the young lady in the restaurant and the waitstaff the next morning during breakfast. The room was good size, well furnished and clean. My overall stay was exceptional, for which I would have expected to pay a higher price!
There was not anything to dislike! I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. I will not hesitate to stay again while in the metroplex and to recommend the Sheraton to all my friends, family and co-workers.

First of all the friendliness of staff! Miss Heinz even knew my name and would greet me. Loved the cleanliness and how they also kept the lobby clean.
Would have liked a refrigerator in our room. The microwave was a plus. Unfortunately because of the China virus they had no coffee in the lobby.

Breakfast was great! Even though restaurant not complete. Staff did a nice job with the breakfast entrée.
All good. Just upgrade not complete for our stay and we missed room service. But overall great stay and we will be back.

The bed was super comfortable! And the curtains do not let light in if you don’t want it!! The staff was the best part. They called us by name, did everything they could to make it enjoyable for us and really cared.
