As of May 2025, the staff has clearly been trained or hired due to their upbeat, positive personalities.  I expect such service at the front desk but we received friendly comments from cleaning staff, staff we met outside, breakfast staff etc.  Breakfast was 'real' (eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, coffee, waffles).  Rooms were clean and hotel seems to be completing some kind of renovation.  Small indoor pool as well.  Good location with several restaurants in the front parking lot (Cracker Barrel, Panda Express, Mexican restaurant, Mediterranean Restaurant).  We are a family of 6 who was just stopping in for an overnight during a long drive.  Often to stay on budget (prefer $125-$150 a night) we have to get two cheap rooms at a crummy place with a terrible breakfast....but this hotel had a single room with 2 full queen beds and a fold out couch that fit us all comfortably and had a nice breakfast all within our price range.  If I was going to stay longer term, I would definitely consider this hotel based on what we experienced in the one night we were there.  Very pleasant surprise.  Kudos to the staff in particular...and that is a reflection of management.

As of May 2025, if a really good gym is important to you in the hotel you pick then this hotel would not be for you. It has a gym but it is very basic with 1 treadmill and a very basic weight machine.

We had to wait for a housekeeper to finish making herself a waffle. Bedford we could make one. That was tacky. They should eat way earlier or when the room is empty. The couch bed folded up on my son he got hurt. He has to sleep on the floor because the mattress caved in on the bed and the bed would fold up. The tub was clogged. I had to remove a huge glob of hair and a plastic lid from the tub drain. This something the housekeeper should be doing. The pool was closed. Disappointed I didn’t do much. That’s the entire reason I got this room so my son could sleep comfortably and the other ones could have fun

We visited for a family event and had several rooms reserved. The staff was super friendly. The rooms were comfortable and had enough storage and work surfaces. There is a sink that is not in the bathroom, very handy. The fridge was large enough to hold plenty snacks and beverages, and kept our icepacks frozen. The folks that ate breakfast buffet were pleased with the variety offered.

We notices some of the rooms had maintenance issues, but not enough to interrupt our stay. One AC made weird rattling noises.

Location, value, breakfast choices

Bed very hard Breakfast attendant tried to limit how much people could eat so she didn't have to put out more food. Me and my daughters went down and everything was empty she eventually filled it up and then my husband went down after us and she told him she had other people that needed to eat like he was nkt allowed to take what he wanted.

I liked the set up in the room. Check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was good but the lady did not refill the food fast enough I thought things had run out/ she was just holding back. My room didn't have a body mirror at all which was disappointing to me but other din that it was good.

The staff was great, super friendly. The room layout was awesome, since there was a sink in the room that wasn't part of the bathroom. There's also a sink in the public area of the breakfast room.

The breakfast was the same every day. could have used more fruit and veggie options. Are card keys were incessantly becoming unmagnetized.

The consistency of the company . Well appointed with their units in terms of locations Their cleanliness and very good interior design. Their staff are competent and friendly.. All in all I know what to expect when I choose to stay in their units.

Professional staff, all areas were clean and orderly.

Our shower didn't have a shower curtain. We didn't call and ask for one because it was late night when we realized we didn't have one. I am positive the staff would have taken care of it promptly.

The breakfast could have been better. The danishes were stale and the eggs ran out. There were scuffs in the paint on all of the doors that made the appearance a little run down. The fitness center could also use an upgrade

The lady at the front desk Tamara was so sweet .. was upset the pool wasn't open. That was the main reason we stayed there. The laundry room was not open either. .. the breakfast was Good tho.

The pool was not open the laundry room was not open. The 3rd floor vending and ice machine was not open.. the shower blew the curtain open and kept getting water on the floor every time. So I slipped every time someone took a shower..
