Went for the Final Four and the location was great, right next to the Metro Line.

Room was dated (but clean and comfortable). Restaurant and bar had limited menus and closed at 9:30 during a busy tourist time.

the breakfast set up was very poor. there weren’t any restraints nearby. unfortunate that Burger theory was closed.

They give actual names brand soap (dove). The staff was super friendly. The location is perfect. everything is pretty much walking distance. $15 to park per night was ok but charging $198 for 1 night while paying for parking is outrageous. BUT it makes up for it by the shudder they gave.

You have to swipe your room key for EVERYTHING. which is good for safety reasons but when you’re in a hurry it can be time consuming.

Very friendly staff. We mentioned we would arrive a bit early (1PM while check in time was 3PM). They mentioned they would do their best to facilitate us. And they did. We could check in and enter our room directly. At checkout we still had the laundry running in the laundry room. We needed the cart to enter that room. They said it was no problem to deliver the card an hour after official checkout time. We could also leave our luggage at the reception and still enjoy the city for a while.

The restaurant was not open for dinner, only for breakfast. The hotel is in the main street of downtown Houston, which is a good central location, but also means that with walking around the neighborhood you will encounter (a lot) of homeless people.

The room has an ironing set and the bathroom lightening was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a van that takes the guests anywhere within 1.5 miles distance. It’s a great hotel for the price.

The position of the hand soap, which was away from the bathroom sink. And the fact that the room doesn’t have a place near the sink for hanging the bathroom hand towels. But those are details, near the qualities the room has.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The location we close to Minute Maid park and the hotel provided a shuttle so we didn't have to walk/drive and pay additional parking. Pauline, the shuttle driver went above and beyond for us. Check in/out was quick. Once checked in to our hotel, Danny texted us to follow up and check if we needed anything else. Customer service was perfect!

No pool, but not a deal breaker.

Staff all very friendly, it was a pleasure to interact with them. Shuttle service excellent, driver helpful with tips on where to go. Breakfast very good with different options every day. Hot breakfast and cold. We loved the waffle maker. Laundry room on 2nd floor worked well.

Everything was amazing! The people, the services... From housecleaning to the shuttle to the breakfast which had an awesome variety. The building is secure. Staff was very friendly and helpful and informative. Location was also perfectly convenient to many things downtown. Had a FANTASTIC time!

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, convenient location downtown. Shuttle was available (we didn’t use because it was packed each trip) but I like the option. AC works great. Like the shampoo/conditioner/body wash available in the shower and locked so no one can tamper with.

We arrived at 2:15pm and were told we had to wait until exactly 3pm to check in, which became a long line and ordeal of everyone trying to check in exactly at 3pm. I don’t recall seeing a parking fee anywhere until I received the things to know before arrival email. Beds were not the greatest but worked. Fridge hummed horribly loud.
