it was very clean. the whole staff were super friendly & greeted us all with a smile from the front to the lovely lady in the breakfast restocking & bringing in the breakfast. i will be staying here from now on every visit to corpus. I’m glad they had rooms left after our original reservation cancelled because of overbooking &we had no place to stay. The pool was amazing for my 8 year old to swim. the duvet was amazing too, now I’m on Amazon trying to find something similar.

it was a little further from our destination in port Aransas, but it’s ok & it was worth it.

The place was wonderful! Angela was friendly, informative on restaurants, attractions, and even knew about the history of Hurricane Harvey & what it damaged. I had a lot of questions! Beds were very comfy! Room and linens were clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels too!! Just 2 things could be better. Hair dryer cord was very short. Hard to dry hair as plug was back on mirror wall. Breakfast bacon was too dry. Was like jerky. Great variety of food! Great location for Corpus downtown and beaches like Mustang Island etc! I'll definitely be back here!! Thank you for a great place to be comfortable and have a great sleep!

Just 2 things. The bacon for breakfast was too dry. It was like jerky. The hair dryer cord was waaaay to short. The plug was back by the mirror so not enough cord to dry my hair. I had to lean over the counter. Uncomfortable.

The bed was comfortable. Staff were generally friendly. Breakfast was fresh (hot and cold). The pool was nice to swim in. Extra towels were easy to get. The couch was very comfortable. Maid service was negotiable and staff were pleasant.

I had to ask for training on how to use the darned second TV. Smart TVs - ugh! The table umbrellas at the pool were broken. I was put in a room that had been identified at the front desk as not functioning. Fortunately, they moved me to a room next door, but brining a cart with the keys to assist with the move would have been nice.

The hotel is good: very comfortable and clean rooms and good breakfast. I really liked the spaciousness in the King room as I had to work most of the evening, so it felt like I could stretch a bit. Wifi was also strong too, even on a 1.5 hr Zoom call with 6 other people.

The location is good if you have a car, but since I was only going to be there for 18 hours I decided to get around by taxi. There's nothing around the area for food (unless you count fast food), so I ended up needing delivery. If I stay again, I'll definitely be renting a car. Also, the breakfast area was quite messy when I got to it at 8AM, and the tables didn't look wiped down.

This was one of the best Fairfields I have stayed at! I stay for business and pleasure with the Marriott brand but Fairfield seems to be the best value for the money

I know it personal preference but I like a soft bed this one was a medium which wasn't bad at all. My sleep rating was 85% on my Samsung watch

Enjoyed our stay at this new hotel. Bathroom and rooms were clean. The breakfast was excellent and the area was well kept. Our group was close together. We enjoyed the quietness. Front desk staff was very helpful. Will come again God willing.

The cell phone charging wall units in our room did not work. Glad my husband had a wall plug in his car, which we had to bring up and use so we could charge our phones. That was the only negative.

The shower water pressure was better than our last 5 hotels. This is a big plus for us. plus large walk in shower.

The biggest issue for us was the free wifi. Yeah it was free but unsecure, no password and was EXTREMELY slow that our laptops took twice as long to run any online services. Checking email was very very slow.

I liked the friendliness of your staff.. The facilities were very nice and clean,and our stay was very comfortable. I might also add that the ladies at the reception desk alone with the one over the breakfast dinning were exceptionally nice and helpful.

I'didnt find anything that I didn't like..

The room was too small to accommodate a chair beyond the desk chair, which was not on wheels as one might expect. The lobby did not have much in the way of seating, and the breakfast area was barricaded when not in breakfast service. I like to read and watch tv from a chair, not the bed.
