Due to the photos of the studio and one bedroom jumbled together on booking.com. We thought we booked a room with a full kitchen which I needed for medical reasons. When we arrived, we realized the studio only had a microwave. The studio was small, very DARK, if you pulled up the shade you were in street level. We notified the management company. They were so lovely. The one bedroom was available, and they let us switch rooms. The one bedroom had a full kitchen, living room, bedroom with a lovely view of the city from the 14th floor. So thankful they were extremely helpful!!
We never received a parking permit for the attached parking garage, so we were fearful of being towed. Every day they said it was going to be delivered, but it never was.

I loved this place. It was right next to the convention center. It was easy to "check in" though that is not quite the word since this is not a hotel. Once we had our building fab we could use the community spaces and since we were there a week that was super nice. Would definitely stay again.
Nothing. I wish I had stocked up for breakfast but that was all on me there was a little market on the same block of the place.

This place was beautiful, clean, private, and a nice location. Excellent value for last minute booking and great amenities as well. My coworkers who stayed in hotel across the street were jealous :)
Unfortunately construction noise across the street began around 7:30 AM. Conflicting messaging on parking, but they made it right after checkout. Initial instructions on how to access the building were not clear.

It was spacious and a very secure building. It was handy to have laundry facilities too. $7 uber rides to just about anywhere! The online portal system made it easy to have all the info at your fingertips.
The bed sagged a little but that wasn't a big deal.

Everything pretty much exceed expectations great stay overall!
Kitchen sink was giving off a smell I think guest before us improperly disposed something, but after a few days of using the sink the smell went away

Stunning views. Check in was a breeze. Apartment was kitted out with everything I could have needed, and more. Fantastic comfy bed. Spotlessly clean. Great building.
I originally booked a different property. Am not sure what the differences are, but it was a few blocks further out - I was put into the ALMI on 2nd unit.

The response to certain issues was quick. The lobby staff (although not part of the rental unit) was very friendly. The downtown location was very convenient to all Austin has to offer.
The towells were really thin and the mattress was very hard. However, overall the place was great. There was construction immediately across the street.

Excellent location, really easy check in process and the apartment was a very good standard.
The ‘balcony’ was tiny, we could barely fit 2 of us standing on it. There was a new building being built directly opposite the pool area making this in useable. Didn’t bother us too much as we were only there for a few days but would’ve been an issue if we were there for longer.

Our stay at Kasa - Austin was great. Location perfect, amenities on property very nice! Property staff and neighbors all welcoming, beds extremely comfy. I would definitely stay here in the future. I would recommend you stay here as well!
Only negative ceiling light in master bedroom blew the moment we checked in. We are bloggers and lighting is extremely important. There are lamps in the bedroom so we didn’t report it only because once we begin our stays we don’t want the inconvenience of scheduling to have things replaced or repaired unless extremely important. The garbage disposal was a bit trippy also, but did either ruin our stay absolutely not!
