The location is great. The hotel is clean. They provide complimentary coffee every morning. The lobby is a nice, well-lit space.
The bathroom had no fan. As a result of this, there was mold on the bathroom's ceiling. We stayed 6 days. They came to clean the room only twice. The second time they did was because I complained. They explained to me that housekeeping is upon request which they never said when I checked in.

The hotel is in a good location, near to the university and the center of town. Limited services due to Covid Protocols. The room was a good size and comfortable. I have stayed here several times and have been satisfied with my stay. In the past, parking was free. Now you need to register your car with an app to pay for the parking which could be pricey depending on the length of stay.
Paid parking...Better price if you pay for shorter terms. For example i initially entered my two plus day stay for a cost of $65. Instead I paid for the actual time the car was in the lot and paid about half the cost.

The room was clean and very comfortable, large bed, with plenty of space to work and relax. Bathroom was nice, clean and had a great shower.
I was surprised that no breakfast (or any version of it) was included. Room service was not offered due to COVID although necessary items were provided upon request daily I was disappointed that they did not offer their famous and delicious cookies for which this chain is well known upon arrival as is generally the case with Doubletree hotels (I received a couple upon request).

Facilities and room were very clean. Bed was comfortable and room was very spacious. Hotel was fairly quiet and did not hear too many other guests during our stay. Location was easy to get to and close to downtown restaraunts.
Close proximity to highway resulted in hearing a lot of the traffic throughout the night. Recommend requesting a room that does not face the highway to solve that problem.

Lack of restaurant in the hotel. Website said onsite restaurant but we didn't find out until later that evening that the place was closed due to chef had COVID. Had to uber eats dinner that night, we already ate at the Denny's that afternoon after our arrival. Bed was a little hard too.

The property was nice and updated, and our room was very spacious. This was a last-minute booking, as Winter Storm Uri messed up our plans to head Northwest of Austin, but the reservation staff member was very pleasant and accommodating. It was very quiet despite being near the highway, but this could have been result of less traffic on the roads due to the icy conditions. We were very comfortable staying at this location, and would stay again.
There were minor repairs needed in the bathroom, and they did not have food service or a bar, which would have been nice since we were pretty much stuck there for the night. However, considering the weather conditions and all of Austin being shut down at the time of our visit, I think this was quite a great place to stay.

it’s in desperate need of an update. my room had a very tattered headboard - like someone had taken a razor blade to it. the old update of covering the mirror frames were warped and peeling. it was just a bit tacky and old for the price. good pillows and towels though.

The location was amazing, right off the highway, easy to get in and out. Very clean and the girls loved the comfy beds. Priced appropriately for what you get from the hotel.
Wife wanted a hot tub and there not one. Pool was outside and no towels we're outside or readily available. We called and asked for extra towels to be brought to the room but we were told we would have to come down to the main desk to retrieve them.

System was recently updated for digital key cards and the physical key cards weren't working properly. Had to be rekeyed 3 times. Others had issues getting into their rooms as well.
