The Room was clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful, kind, and professional.
The stay was booked using "Booking.com" and the method of payment that the website used was invalid. This caused confusion at check in and I was told that there was a possibility that if we tried to correct the issue we may get charged again doubling the expense of the stay for one night. We were told that this property has encountered the same issue when checking in guests that have booked stays using the "Booking.com" website.

The layout of the room was great. We loved the shower area. I slept very well and could tell pets had not really been there. Please continue to keep pets out of all your rooms. I understand designating some rooms for pets or smokers, but a lot of people have allergies to both.
The fan in the bathroom ran constantly. I understand why it might be necessary, but it would have been better if there was some kind of a dimmer switch to really turn it up when needed and down at night.

Good location for food, gas, easy access. Very friendly and helpful staff at desk.
Lot of dust on things like around night stand, base of lamps and shower door not the cleanest at bottom. Had to have room transfer from our first room due to certains not able to close. Could not get wifi to work.

Booking.com did NOT tell the hotel about my booking, creating a checkin delay. The same thing happened tonight with my booking.com Comfort Inn reservation in Columbia Mo. I WILL NOT USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN. Ifmy next booking has this problem!! Very sloppy work, booking.com….

The location is perfect. Just outside Knoxville and not that far from Chattanooga.
This was my third stay and the room was a bit musty, unlike my previous two stays. Looked as though there was perhaps some water damage from the floor above us which would explain the off odor.

I've stayed here several times since this property opened. The rate is a little high
Breakfast wasn't the best... eggs appeared to be powdered or something funny.. tasted really blech. Sausage wasn't fresh (precooked and sitting in chase too long.. watery). No bacon... no black English Breakfast tea.

The LOCTION IS WONDERFUL, THERE ARE PLANTY OF RESTURANTS TO CHOOSE FROM AND ACTIVITYIES IN NEAR BY PARK. HUGE LAKE AND PLENTY TO DO IF YOU'RE INTO WATER SPORTS. THE HOTWL WAS VERY CLEAN THE STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL.
DIDN'T STAY LONG ENOUGH WILL HAVE TO GO BACK SOMETIME TO ENJOY THE AREA MORE.

The breakfast was pretty good. They were doing their best with restrictions. On days that they attempted a usual breakfast, it was much better.
Nothing really to complain about. There were a couple amenities that had to close from time to time doing our stay but that was out of the control of the hotel. The washing machine for use for guests was lackluster and dirty. We went to a local laundromat.

The hotel was very clean from the lobby to the room. The bathroom shower was huge. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of items from scrambled eggs and sausage to oatmeal and yogurt. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It exceeded my expectations in all the best ways.
The length of my stay... I wish I could have stayed longer.

High priced for my stay. Had 1 extra day added and it cost me $299. That is ridiculous for lenoir city tn or any other night
