I did a surprise engagement in Nashville. My girlfriend was already booked at the hotel to attend the George Strait concert. I drove in with our kids and proposed. Her and I stayed an extra 3 days. The staff was extremely accommodating and let me check in early. Fantastic service, excellent breakfast in the morning and a great location. The king suite was extra spacious and very comfortable. 10 out of 10!

Everything was great.

The newly update it seems. The bathroom was clean and nice. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast and the kitchen staff were very nice. The chairs was really nice and comfortable.

The lights over the bed in room 129 didn't work. And the entrance from the back parking lot was never closed. Anyone could walk in with or without a key. I prepared to use my key to enter,but there was no need. I able to walk right in. Didn't feel safe. There was a train track beside the hotel. But I sleep with a sound machine.

Location and parking was easy. Property was clean and modern. Hot shower. Super friendly, welcoming staff. We checked in late after a long day of work and the clerk got us checked in our room quickly.

Fair warning this hotel is right next to train tracks, so we heard them throughout the night. My husband also complained of a protruding spring in his side of the mattress. However, my side of the bed slept fine.

The hotel was clean, neat, and well cared for. The location ended up better than what we expected for why we were in Nashville. This was the best hotel we've stayed at in several trips to Nashville.

We were a little concerned about security of the back parking lot. It was well lit, but also completely removed from the front of the hotel and the main entrance. We found one exterior door not completely shut early in the morning.

location and the overall cleanliness , The Customer Service Agent went above and beyond to help us get an additional room because Booking.Com didn’t inform hotel that we needed a Suite to sleep 5 even though that is exactly what I booked through Booking.com

Went to Nashville to visit my brother and his wife who move there last Nov 2021 in Senior Home and the Hotel is just 20 minutes away from them by Uber. The Hotel was close to mini plaza so we were able to buy things we need. Breakfast at the Hotel was very good.

The bathroom, the sink was too high for us it is for made for Tall people (6 footers)

a group of people were celebrating a birthday in the food area with alcohol. they were allowed by management to be very loud until midnight. our room was a good distance away on the second floor, but the noise carried to a disturbing level in our room. surely glad it didn’t continue past midnight. we had to be up at 6:30 in the morning to make it to our event at Belmont university.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff was very attentive but relaxed at the same time, we felt safe. I had an issue with my reservation and the employee was very attentive and accommodating. The location is near Nashville (15 mins) and nearer to other places we wanted to visit. We were looking for a place that was close enough to Nashville, but distanced from the rush and crowds. The beds were super comfortable and the cleaning service was daily. The products (toiletries) were paraben free, etc. Our 3 kids (16+) loved it!

Did not have safety box. We had to carry money and passports with us.

Location was great, very convenient to downtown Nashville, surrounding area seemed pretty nice.

We traveled in for a very popular event so had to pay a very high rate for the room. Supply and demand...
