It was advertised as BREAKFAST included. However, we’re informed upon checking in that breakfast was for one adult for the first day only and a percentage discount the next day. Very deceptive.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with good Wi-Fi. The hotel was just outside the business district which was good as there is major road construction on the main road through town. Raisin Bran was one of the cereals and they would cook eggs and sausage to order.
The breakfast area was under renovation and there were no juices, fruit, or styrofoam cups for coffee or tea. The elevator was at one end of the building which meant we had to roll our bags a very long way.

Clean, good location and price per night makes sense.
We booked in part because of free breakfast. Only one person for one morning gets a free breakfast while the others receive a 15% discount. That info would be nice to know beforehand.

Cody was a pleasure to work with compared to the guy you had last year. He was friendly, polite and caring. He was always available for any issues we had. Breakfast was great and the room was large. A great value.
There was nothing we didn't like about our visit. It was a great improvement from last year. Management does make a difference.

The staff was very helpful. The Hotel itself was very upscale. The sad part is that due to lack of staff...being able to hire people that want to work...they could not offer any breakfast. They did have hot coffee available. We do not fault the hotel or the staff....this seems to be a situation that is ongoing across the country...very sad. The town of Hot Springs is suffering...restaurants closed without options for dinner other than Pizza Hut,
there is not much else the hotel itself could do...it was comfortable, clean and the staff was very helpful.

Very comfortable beds and good pillows. Staff was friendly. Greeted you whenever you came in or went out.
The air conditioner was very loud when it started. Woke me up in the night when it came on. The hot water ran out quite quickly when showering.

The staff was very friendly and helpful even though they were very short staffed. The hotel is an older hotel but we were comfortable and we only stayed one night. The room was clean and there was no noise and anything to bother us. The front desk person told us about the steak house across the street so we went there after checking in and it was very very good!!
They didn't offer some services including their pool was shut down because they were short staffed. They did inform us of this on check in and offered to refund our money if we didn't want to stay because of this. They said they had not been able to find any help.

The staff goes out of their way to help make your stay a good one. The hotel is short-staffed due to COVID, but they are working very hard and long hours to make sure the guests have a good stay. Booking.com had the incorrect address for the hotel in their system but the staff provided easy directions for me and resolved a reservation issue at the same time. They were friendly and great. Please have patience with the staff as they are doing their best under really tough working conditions.

Staff seemed stressed or tired, a little less than friendly. We left my son's handmade baby blanket and lovey there on accident and couldn't get it back, which was really disappointing.
Best night's sleep I've ever had at a hotel. We put in a request to be away from other guests because my kids are terrible sleepers in new places. They ended up sleeping great all night, and so did my husband and I. The coffee was decent in the morning too. And the view surrounding the place is lovely.

The bed and location were good! Especially when it is right near the mammoth site. Reasonable priced though
Unfortunately, the breakfast was pretty much limited, there wasn't enough to feed everyone. We left behind a pillow that belongs to my partner, we realised when we left the state, doesn't matter. Life goes on, I guess
