The room and staff was good vary friendly helpful and nice a quiet.

The breakfast was really bad there isn't alot of food and what was there was a lil bread that was hard juice taste like its watered down the butter isn't real it didn't melt or even taste like butter there wasn't anything to eat but waffles and they only had 1 machine so you was waiting alot very bad experience on breakfast

I was expecting a continental breakfast, but they had biscuits and gravy and sausage. That was a pleasant surprise.

We reserved a room for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), but there were only 2 towels in the room. We didn't catch it in time to request more since we checked in after being at Evan's Plunge and then showered quickly to go to Mammoth site. Also, this may have been just me, but I didn't find the bed or sheets very comfortable.

Very clean, tub drained very well, fridge and freezer were clean too, not too much ice build up, entry/common areas were well maintained. No smells, no damp carpet, we are a family of 3 (ages 20-42) doing a x-country road trip, one-night stays in different cities/states, so we have a bunch of different places we've been to......

Bfast was requested to be eaten in the common area, most likely to reduce mess in the rooms/bugs, but I didn't see anyone attending it for cleaning between uses. No elevator, if you need a first floor room, reserve way in advance.

My significant other and i are on a cross country roadtrip with our dog and we booked our room incorrectly to accommodate the dog. The staff informed us there were no pet friendly rooms left but offered to upgrade us for the same price sonce there were no options online. We got rained in the next day and they happily extended our stay and still honored the online price. Definitely one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at for under 100$ and we’ve stayed at a lot of them the past few months. The rooms ac/heating system is very quiet and the showers are fantastic. We would definitely stay again if in the area

Front desk staff was very kind and patient. Booking.com accidentally booked us in a pet room, however the front desk manager was so nice that he put us in a very clean room free of any charge. Hotel was clean, cheap, and in a quiet location.

There weren't really any issues. The front desk was clear that if we had any problems we could always tell them, but we never ran into any major or minor issues. There were no problems with noise, dirtyness, or otherwise.

After getting stuck in a blizzard leaving WY I wound up scrambling for a place to stay instead of camping. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with my short notice arrival. To my delight it was also one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've been in for a long time!

The room next to me was a bit noisy and the hallway smelled like weed in the evening but hey it's a hotel that's no one's fault but the people doing it! Plus the rooms are well insulated so once I was in my room I couldn't tell.

The room was clean, the area was clean, The beds were comfortable, the tv worked well. The room was spacious

The The room smelled damp, the carpet felt damp when i was walking around in my bare feet. The breakfast was not what we expected. The biscuits were so hard and dry and the gravy was nothing but white water. There was no meat or seasoning it at all.

The bed was comfortable

The breakfast was terrible. No fruit of any kind and no fruit juice. No yogurt, no eggs, no meat. The biskits and gravy was real bad, And no one to replace the food when it was eaten. No eggs of any kind. Very little sweet rolls.

Swimming pool very nice. Very helpful man at reception. Nice large room. Well situated if visiting Custer State Park and Wind Cave.

Only fast food outlets nearby. A decent sit down restaurant close to hotel would be nice.

We arrived at 8pm and only one of our 2 rooms was ready. The manager said they were understaffed due to unforeseen circumstances. The cleaning lady was super friendly as we moved into the room that was ready and changed her schedule to work on our other room first. The staff was exceptional and worked hard to make our stay great. Would definitely stay again.
