Inn at Clemson

Overall the stay was pretty good. The coffee was good.

The breakfast was below average. The plain bagels were put in the tray frozen. Also there were no electrical outlets on the large table. It was retrofitted with a place to plug in laptops but the main cord to the table was lying on floor not plugged up. There were 2 plugs on one wall in the entire room and those had appliance plugs in them.

The hotel was quiet, clean, and obviously recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable! I appreciated the paper you could pick up at check-in with restaurants nearby. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly.

The shower door didn't really like to stay shut, but that really wasn't a big deal. The water didn't get super hot, but I like scalding showers so that is also not a big deal. There really wasn't anything that would keep me from coming back.

Would have liked fresh fruit at breakfast

The 2nd floor room we had was a bit noisy. Neighbors next door and on floor above were very noisy. Trucks outside of our window as well. I had specified a quiet room on a high floor in my Rez request. Also felt the added $25 damage fee was unnecessary

The rooms,the setup,that one male staff who greeted me,and spoke when I arrived

That one staff person could've had better customer Service( by smiling,explaining where's your room,ice, continental breakfast,the cost of room along with charges,etc(I seen the extra charge on my bank statement🤔😳🙄😩 which she didn't explain and I didn't see it on the paper I signed) she didn't explain anything I ask the questions ,and she seem to not want to answer them politely.Please encourage your staff to be more caring of others regardless of,race color,religion,etc

1st room we were given ... bathroom toilet not clean. Quickly reissued a new room. Cute room. Bathroom pocket door didn't close well and refrigerator was not level. Small TV. Thick pillows caused for a crick in neck. Breakfast could have been included based on prices. Asked for a wake up call but didn't receive

highlight was the gentleman checking us in and, since visiting the campus with and for my daughter as a potential university, it was appropriate and fun that this hotel decorated with Clemson swag. last minute reservation so really not many options in town and therefore expect ions where low due to low cost. pleasantly surprised for the value!

bathroom and shower where very small

Super friendly staff, the room was clean and the AC was already rocking when we got there. The room was 20.00 less than anywhere else in town. Also the snacks costed no more than they would have at a gas staion or CVS.

The breakfast bar was a little picked over, but Im sure if we had said anything it would have been quickly replenished.

my switch by the bathroom was broken - but they fixed it by the second day and were very apologetic so it was fine -

This was our 3rd stay & located close to our family in the area. Price value always a plus.

Microwave is almost on the floor which is a pain for someone 6'4" or older.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at! The staff was fabulous! It was clean and I loved how they have done the shower! It was a great stay and when we have to travel there again on business this is where we will stay each time! Great job yall
