The place was very unique, they took a lot of care in listening to prior guests comments. For noise they added a sound machine and ear plugs, for the showers they added anti-slip mats. They really look like they care about guest experiences. The rooms were beautiful and clean, mini refrigerator was cold and not filled with ice, We did not need housekeeping for our 2 night stay, but they made sure that we had fresh towels. The pool was well maintained, the tropical area to relax in with the rocking chairs and games was fantastic. There was always an employee walking around and helpful. I don't understand why everyone complains about the sound. It was a bit loud if you wanted to sleep mid day, but after 9pm it was dead quiet. Beds were great, all 3 of us slept very well.

Nothing that I can think of, we would stay here again on our next trip.

The front desk staff were really kind. The decor was cute and everything was well kept. The saltwater pool was cute, even with it being small. The pool was surrounded by the room doors but you couldn't hear any noise in your room. Everything was very clean.

The price included breakfast but the food quality was definitely sub par, so not worth it. The beds were very uncomfortable as well, no one in my family slept well. You can't drink the water from the tap but they kindly provided a large carafe in the lobby area. Also, they closed the pool to only adults from 9-10, then didn't open again til 10. It really shortens the amount of time you can use the pool given that check in is later, and check out is 11.

Unassuming exterior but a WARM, inviting, and tropical appearing interior. Rooms are quiet and VERY comfortable and clean. Bathroom is small but plumbing always works well. Breakfast is always tasty and plenty of options. Fresh coffee is available for early risers. Good in-town location for walking to local shops and restaurants and about a 20–30-minute drive to most of the Hocking Hills areas. Staff is always very courteous and helpful. Saltwater pool is refreshing and enjoyable. This has become our "go' to" lodging for our frequent visits to Hocking Hills.

I can honestly say that I like everything about this boutique hotel. It has become a bit pricier but still worth it.

This property is so kitsch and fun! You’ll never guess pulling up to this hotel that it’s a little gem inside. Super clean and well taken care of. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was small but very nice. We went next door for a drink at a happening restaurant with a live band. We stayed here for OU parents weekend. A little farther from campus than I would prefer but the lack of accommodations nearby required this 30 min drive.

Location a bit far from OU. And pricey!

This is an amazing hidden getaway—not big but delightful. The hotel looks like nothing from the outside, in the tiny town of Logan, Ohio. But inside, you feel like you’ve been dropped into Key West, with fun decor in great colors, a heated indoor salt water pool under a huge glass atrium, nice little private areas to gather and talk, a well designed breakfast/area, and good beds!! Plus great pizza a few blocks walk away!

Maybe a little too tricked out in the rooms, with changing lights and sound machines of waves, but it all could be easily turned off and some people might love it. Also, some rooms might be noisy if hotel is crowded. We were off-season so totally quiet.

Great location with fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable as well as helpful when needed. Exceeded expectations for a boutique hotel. They went above and beyond to make this place great and we will definitely stay there again if we are in the area. Bonus - Pet friendly!

Only complaint we have is the toilet paper. It could be better!

Whole place was very clean, the pool area was amazing with many live tropical plants. Staff was very helpful and kind.

I feel like I'm nitpicking here but the free breakfast was just OK. Eggs had crunchy edges from sitting in hot pan too long and biscuits very dry. We also came for breakfast at 9:30am, 30 minutes before it was done. Perhaps if we came earlier it would of been better.

Great decor and a nice change from cookie cutter hotels. We waited too long to book in Athens for homecoming and the drive wasn’t too bad. Brewery next door was a plus. Very nice breakfast too.

Parking a little dicey in that it’s shared with the brewery next door. We asked at the desk and they pointed us to a lot across the street that the hotel owned so ended up not being a big deal at all.

We LOVED the tropical theme! Everything was spotless; nice, thoughtful amenities. The live plants and planet-friendly features were wonderful. All the staff were friendly and responsive.

We had the room by the back door….kept slamming as people entered/exited. Recommended to staff that they maybe invest in a slow-close door or lock it after 11pm. The room doors also slam if not carefully closed. (Concrete and tiled floors make for little soundproofing. We had an upstairs neighbor who rolled around on the “thunderous” chair and was pretty noisy in all movements…heavy walker, dropping shoes, etc. Reminders to be considerate of other guests after 11pm would be welcome.

This cute, unique hotel is ideally located in downtown Logan. With a colorful, tropical theme and impeccably clean rooms, it made our brief stay incredibly enjoyable. Because of its location, we were able to walk to nearby shops. Plus we walked to the Washboard Festival which was going on that weekend, with lots of fun things to do for children and local food trucks with tasty offerings. But we were there for hiking. It's only 20 minutes from Hocking Hills State Park, and a much better value compared to closer hotels. Great stay! Great staff! Highly recommend!
