Quality Inn - Fairborn

Staff was friendly and accomodating. Pet friendly and breakfast included. It worked well for what we needed, a place to sleep, eat and shower with a pet along for a multi state trek. We booked a second night directly at the hotel and were accommodated when we asked to change rooms due to noise.

Area was a bit run down, but that's no fault of the hotel management. Booking.com says there is no parking avaliable on site, I called the hotel to verify that in fact there is on site parking.

Location, nice room with great bright lighting.

The room was somewhat dusty, there was a hole probably from someone kicking it in, on our bathroom door, the bathroom exhaust fan never goes off when the light is on, the water didn’t get very hot for showers, and their very tiny toiletries were only enough for one person, so more should be in the rooms for more guests! Lastly, we had to keep getting staff to help with hard to use, half side only working, many times. Their scrambled eggs and sausage were cold and there was no microwave in the breakfast room.

I like the room it was two queen beds very comfortable very clean the receptionist was nice the breakfast was good wasn’t in the best location but it was ok further down the st had all your restaurants and they did have DoorDash which was good .. great hotel for great price lots of close parking easy to get to

Newly remodeled, clean hotel. Friendly staff. The lobby was being remodeled that weekend, very inconvenient, but Floor will look beautiful when finished. Very comfortable beds. Continental breakfast was good.

The carpet on stairs to the second floor needs to be removed, very outdated.

There were kids inside the hotel and outside the hotel hollering and someone in the building kept honking there car to make sure it was locked numerous,numerous times was very annoying outside our window

Picture don't do it justice. It's a cozy hotel where the staff does their jobs well. The breakfast buffet is great. The location was perfect. It's a quaint hotel. I got where I need to be and on time.

There was no swimming pool.

Cannot beat the price. Clean, comfortable, and even had a nice fitness room.

The elliptical didn’t work in the fitness room. The walls of the room were thin so I could hear the ppl next door.

Coffee was really good. Didn’t eat any of breakfast food.

Walls a little thin, could hear noises from other rooms. View out window was of construction materials, little landscaping would make property more attractive.

Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable! Everything was in working order. The road it’s on was very quiet, lots of restaurants in walking distance.

People were out back smoking pot. Had to explain that smell to my children. The back door was left open/unlocked two times when I came in. Felt like there should be cameras and the front desk should let them know it’s not a smoking area even if just cigarettes and the door should always be closed.

Room was nice, clean and air was pleasant . Mattress was not comfortable for either of us. Seemed to roll to edge on either side. Nice comfortable occasional chair, but we need to put our legs up. A footstool of some sort would be helpful since the chair did not recline
