Back to actual hot, good, complimentary breakfast! Hot water no matter what time the 3 of us needed a shower! Location and parking were great. Check in (explanations) and out along with breakfast was with friendly staff! Complimentary crib for my one year old!! Shower was excellent for my husband to bathe our 1 year old.
Hot Tub must have been in the works. Could hear every foot step from the room above us, however, side walls were very quiet, which was nice.

The room was nice and cool when we arrived. The shower was amazing as it had lots of pressure and nice and hot.
The breakfast was very disappointing! Overripe bananas and old oranges was a big disappointment, as I like fresh fruit for breakfast. The selection and variety was poor compared to previous stays and we didn’t even bothered to come for breakfast our second day and the first was a waste of time.

Located right in area with stores restaurants 2 min drive from mall
Grand forks sadly has gone downhill since covid lots stores restaurants gone. Holiday inn express is still wonderful prices still sane breakfast great, beds comfy staff wonderful

A very clean, quiet hotel. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Grand Forks.
Maybe a better TV package. No HBO, other channels I tried to watch were apparently not included in your TV subscription (Outdoor channel). But that's being picky. We really weren't there watching that much tv

The staff was very friendly. the breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. the bed was extremely comfortable.
One of the elevators was out of order. It was not the fault of the hotel though as they were waiting in parts.

The breakfast was amazing our whole group was actually shocked. Loved the pancake machine. All the staff was extremely extremely friendly, the front desk, the breakfast staff, the cleaning staff.
