We had car issues while visiting Wake Forest. The staff was super friendly and so helpful to us. The amenities in the room were great. They helped me with an extra night stay that was not expected and accommodated our needs while we were waiting for another room to be cleaned. I've stayed at other places and I will never stay at any other place than Candlewood Suites! The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Never partook and the breakfast but the location was perfect for me

All in all a great stay maybe one thing I could suggest would be to have a broom in the room when you are staying there for five or six days you sort of get some crumbs here and there and some stuff on the floor so a broom offered with the room might be something that they want to look into

It was very clean with nice facilities. The kitchenette in the room was convenient, and the refrigerator was bigger than most with a separate freezer. The reclining chair was a nice bonus. The beds were very comfortable. The coffee machine in the lobby was freshly-ground brewed by the cup.

The only breakfast available is pantry items for sale.

this was our first time in an extended stay facility so we didn't know what to expect it was very clean and staff was very frfriendly and accomadating

The facility was clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the stay was friendly and inviting.

There was no offering of a free breakfast for guest. Where other hotels in the area offered free breakfast this location did not.

Friendly staff, clean room, felt safe. The room had a refrigerator in room.

Even though I did not fly out had to pay 5.00 a day for parking. No free breakfast. No microwave in room. But had one downstairs.

The room was great and really clean! The staff was very nice as well.

The shower was a little inconsistent, one night it wouldn’t warm up and the other it was way too hot. It didn’t seem like there was breakfast at all and, if there was, where it would be.

I want to call out a special shout out to the front desk manager, Tori. She was exceptional in providing great customer service in helping me modify my reservation, which I had to cut short. Thank you for all her efforts!!

Upon my arrival to my room there was a maintenance worker in the floor in the room fixing the chair. He was very as a matter of fact, like come on in Im almost done, I wasn’t comfortable with that at all

No free breakfast No wifi plugs in lamps (you have to bring your own charging plug) 40-watt bulbs made the light in the room cave-like. I had to ask for brighter bulbs. While staff was friendly, they weren’t always able to respond to requests, and just ignored me sometimes Occasional very loud talkers in the rooms next to and across the hall from me An overly long and complicated sign-in procedure involving very detailed legal language regarding cancellation and damages. Longest I’ve seen in any hotel. (You have to pay a $50 deposit plus a $2/day “service fee.”)
