the room was nice and clean

The inconvenience of them charging our card early when we did the pay at property and then charging our card again when we checked in for the same price when they already took it out our account. They didn’t want to fix the problem nor give a discount for their mistake so we paid for the room twice. We have to dispute it with our bank which will take longer then it did for them to take it out our account since it’s a weekend.

Every time we are here the staff is always glad we stayed! They have their staffing issues as well but that doesn't stop them from making sure we are satisfied with our accommodations.

They didn't have cocktail hour in the evenings like last time.

The "Only" place to stay when in town. Rooms are spacious, clean, bathrooms are great. Gym / Fitness Center fantastic and the indoor pool. I think this is the "Only" Sea Salt, Indoor "Heated" ever, in all of North Carolina (period). Your gonna "Love"

Got room near elevator. Just too much people traffic.

It was clean! The Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good! Loved their cinnamon rolls.

My only complaint about our stay was that people staying above us, made a bunch of noise at night. I could hardly sleep.

Everything was lovely. I enjoyed the room and especially. Enjoyed the sofa and suite.

I didn't like the sounding of the door when it opened and closed. I didn't like the fact that I didnt have the money to be able to stay longer.

It was nice and clean. the breakfast had a great selection. The front desk workers and housekeeping was so nice!

This is my number 1 place to stay , during my short stay in Goldsboro NC. I love the Staff. They are truly exceptional people, high in Customer Service Skills. And! OMG! Breakfast !!!!! This wins me over, everytime.

The hotel was clean and in a great location if you need dinner or to buy anything you forgot. It was quiet and the rooms were very clean.

The pool was cloudy and a little green. It is an indoor pool, but it was suffocating inside. They also had a ten person limit still after COVID guidelines have been lifted. Outside the pool area is just the front parking lot. A nice patio to sit and have a drink would be nice.

Breakfast was not good on Friday. It did improve on Saturday, but there was no juice, no cereal, and the baked goods were stale and hard on Friday morning. We had to get breakfast elsewhere.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are fairly soundproof. We were there for a swim meet and found the hotel location very central and has easy access to all amenities.

The only thing that was not as expected was the breakfast, however, I know this is due to Covid restrictions and do not think the hotel was at fault.
