Very nice staff... especially the young man who works the coffee shop in the morning. He was lovely. The facility is really clean. Comfy.

When I arrived I asked about Uber eats and how they handle that. I was told delivery people are allowed to bring food directly to the room! I was very dismayed to hear that anyone other than staff and guests are allowed up into the hotel floors. Safety at a facility is a large part of where I choose to stay. This was a red flag for me.

Our room was a suite and it was exceptional for the two of us. The wedding we attended was close by and the reception before was here so the location was perfect.

There was no safe in our room and we were on a long vacation with a lot of expensive stuff. Staff could not get the safe in the office to work for us.

I enjoy everything about this place, its my preferred location in Chapel Hill. Great food and drink options downstairs.

I actually wound up staying two nights unexpectedly so I had to check out then check in later. The shower did not work the first night. I mentioned it to the young lady at front desk as I was checking out. She was also there when I checked in later that afternoon. She remembered and gave me upgrade to a great corner king. I appreciated that and now that I have been in that corner king I never want to stay anywhere else! I appreciated the response to the issue that had arisen.

I love the lobby area it was very nice when entering clean and the smell of food and coffee was good! My room was nice very spacious clean and everything! Love the walk in shower!

The thing I didn’t like was that the carpet in my room has like a stain like one of the guest drop something red on the carpet and their was no microwave in the room.

This is a great trip and I truly appreciated the generosity of the gentleman that checked us out in the am! He saw that I was struggling a little and helped me out and got me a cup of hot coffee!

Initial check-in on Sunday afternoon was disastrous. We were charged TWICE for the room at a price that was considerably higher than the booking price quoted. On Monday morning, however, Austin quickly corrected the errors and we left as happy campers.

Everyone on staff that we encountered was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect.

The signage was hard to see at night as bushes had it partially hidden from view.

The plumbing had problems and we had to move twice during the week. There are no bellhops so we had to move everything ourselves and that was not easy since we are elderly. We had to ask to have our room cleaned, very unusual for a hotel in this price class.
