-great location,near subway and all touristic attractions -all new and clean,great tv,shower appliances. When had issues with ironing board, staff came in 5 min to change it, also needed 2nd robe,brought fast as well. - water bottles and water near elevators - always clean, changed towels, coffee nespresso, delicious popcorn. Nice personnel

- payed extra for deluxe room on a high floor,therefore got a room facing just a wall…didn’t understand why payed extra money for this-_- though 2 weeks in advance I asked to have a room with a view which possible, sad. - didn’t understand why would they “freeze” money for the stay in my card plus tax, and during check out they took again money from the card.. -when they told about complimentary coffe and tea in a terrace,thought about a cappuccino or iced…saw just a already prepared coffee and tea bags with hot water near.

The room was really comfortable and modern and the hotel is in an amazing location. The staff were also really lovely. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great!

I booked a deluxe high floor. I thought the room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the complimentary snack and drink. The location of the hotel was great and it was very quiet for it being in NYC, so I had a good night's rest. I enjoyed the terrace space they provide their guests. Its a place you can have complimentary tea and coffee and not feel obligated to buy any other food and drinks. I appreciated that they provided us with a space to seat and relax outside of our rooms.

As I mentioned before, I booked a deluxe high floor to guarantee that I would get a high floor. I did get a high floor but there was no view. I was looking at a brick wall of the next door building im a very high floor. To me it just seems like false advertising or perhaps I should learn to not assume something means something by the name of the room. I was really disappointed at the fact that I spent a lot for a room that had no view what so ever. I wish they would mention the room has no view as part of the room description and then people can decide if they still want to spend what the hotel is asking per night for the room.

My wife and I stayed at the Park Terrace to celebrate our anniversary and had a fabulous experience. Very convenient location for exploring Manhattan, and very comfortable and modern rooms. The staff is absolutely incredible - we are both very grateful to Arlette who kindly accommodated our (extra) early check in and offered us a cocktail at the terrace to celebrate the occasion. We’ll definitely be back when we’re next in the city and will recommend the hotel to all of our friends. Thank you!

the best decision we made for this trip was to stay at this hotel. it’s an all around great place to stay. we had a wonderful time and enjoyed being in such a central location which probably has the best staff in the city. highly recommended. Thank you Harry, Yovanni, Raquelle and Maria for making us feel at home.

Lobby is boring. No view from any floor as long as you are not directly facing the Park. Only two (really slow) elevators serving the hotel - reserve extra 5 minutes if you need to be on time! Will I come back? Probably not for the same price.

This was my fourth stay with Park Terrace Hotel. I always choose this hotel because the rooms are clean and spacious for New York standards. Nespresso machine in every room, water filtration system on every floor with supplied water bottles. A simple text message to the front desk answers any and every question you have within minutes. The staff are beyond friendly and welcoming each and every time you enter and exit the hotel. The location is central and convenient for all attractions, but yet far enough away from the tourist bustle. I traveled with my dog and having Bryant Park adjacent to the hotel is just perfect. Pets are also FREE!!!!! Love this hotel and I look forward to my next stay.

Good value hotel sitting between the more expensive NYC hotels and the less attractive budget options - we felt price was fair and experience was better than competitors in same $ bracket. The location is excellent, makes many tourist spots walkable from the midtown location, and even a terrace nicely overlooking Bryant Park which was great in summer. Everything up to standard in terms of how room was equipped, cleaned and presented. Staff helpful were helpful when asked, and nice to have free coffee each morning from the hotel cafe. Top tip - the cafe/pastry shop next door has some amazing options for breakfast!

Price wasn't objectively cheap, but I felt that was more a function of NYC. And as said above - we felt was more than fair when looking at peers

Our room (1012 - a studio overlooking Bryant Park and the NY Public Library with a good skyline view above those) was spacious and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was very comfortable. There was an abundance of USB ports and the seating area was nice. Bathroom was also spacious and well laid out. Bath products and linens all very nice. The terrace on the Sixth floor was a nice place to wind down after a busy day and there was also coffee available there in the morning.

The only problem was cleaning the room. We were advised on arrival that during our 4 night stay the room would be cleaned twice - after the first night and third night. When I asked what that meant I was told that the bed would be made, coffee and towels refreshed each day, but “deep” cleaning only on the third day. Housekeeping came only one time (after the first night) the entire stay. No beds made after that, no garbage removed, no coffee or towels refreshed. I did get a small credit at the end for the inconvenience, but I would have been happier with a tidied room.

The staff was amazing. I’ve never felt so welcomed before in a hotel. Lucas and all of the front desk staff were so incredibly attentive and sweet. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were also very friendly and helpful when needed! Best hotel staff ever.

I wish there was a vending machine or some way to get snacks or beverages, even at a cost, 24/7. I wish there was a complimentary breakfast - we were told that it was discontinued when we arrived so that was a bummer. One elevator (of the two) was also broken for 2 or our five day stay. I think a hotel that is as busy as this one needs more elevators. Thanks!
