Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Albany Airport - Wolf Road, an IHG Hotel

Great location and staff very nice , the older gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful,he went out of his way to help us . Breakfast very good and beds are so comfortable

One elevator not working but it didn’t look like anything was going on to fix it . Their one and only ice machine was not working when we got there and there was a male employee right there with a guest so I thought they were fixing it but the next morning I went to get ice and still none. I told the lady at the front desk and she acted like she didn’t even know and had to response at all, that’s not acceptable

Very comfy beds and pillows, roomy suitcase area. Loved the microwave and refrigerator. Morning breakfast was simple and had good variety. Don't expect Belgian waffles or anything like that.

The $50 hold on my card for "incidental" snacks is lame. It feels so outdated just let people use their cc to get food if they need it. It's not like the rooms have stocked mini bars that need accounting for.

Hotel was centrally located. I was near a mall and there were plenty of options to eat. I didn't use the pool so I can't rate it. The room was clean and the bed surprisingly comfortable. The check in and check out process was easy. Breakfast was decent.

I had only one pet peeve. On my last day I wanted to sleep in a little and I placed the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. Check out is at 11 am. By 9 am, I had the cleaning crew knock on my door twice. It was annoying. What's the point of the sign if no one is paying attention to it.

Very clean, neat and modern decor. GREAT breakfast. Rooms were ample in size. Beds were comfy. Prices were a little over inflated. Staff was a little lackluster, not very welcoming.

No full length mirrors in the rooms or public bathrooms. ( only found in the fitness room) Some like to see how we look before we head out for whatever reason. Only one waist level mirror was in my room, which was above the sink. Air conditioner was inconsistent during the night. The unit kept turning off and on which disturbed sleep. Although location to shopping & restaurants was great, a major highway is directly behind the hotel. Traffic noise was highly noticeable, day & night.

The room was small but comfortable. Great AC, cozy bed, plenty pillows. Breakfast was the best we have seen, compared to other free breakfast hotels. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty parking. Stores/mall/food all close.

That there was no socket covers to keep the baby safe. (Was mentioned in the description that they did have them) ..when i asked the front desk lady she simply said they didn't

The hotel was conveniently located near so many restaurants and shops. It was also very close to the highway so getting to the city center and other places was super easy. Check in and out was smooth. It was nice to have a pool but it wasn't very clean - maybe because we came on a weekend. We went to to the pool once and never went back. The breakfast was very nice to have in the morning - hot breakfast with coffee and danish options. When we checked in we noticed a shoe print on one of the beds and they immediately came to change the sheets - they were very nice about it and apologetic. There was ample parking at the hotel

The pool was not so clean. When we called down to ask for additional blankets and pillows, we were told no as we were a double room and we already had enough. The annoying thing was the the GPS didn't recognize which side of the street the hotel was - I don't think this has anything to do with the hotel tho but just be mindful that if it says the hotel is on the right, it might be on the left.

The staff were all very friendly and acomidating.

We found a shampoo bottle from a previous guest in the shower, and there were some type of small food wrappers on the floor by the beds. We were only given 3 towels and 1 wash clothes for 4 guests. We had to ask for more at the front desk. The desk clerk was wonderful, and had our extra towels taken directly to our room.

The check in was easy, the staff were friendly but not too in your business, and the room was suitably spacious.

The Wifi was pretty slow, and the only desk space was directly next to the television, so If I wanted to do something on the computer and my roommate wanted to watch TV it became an issue.

My stay was an overnight, getting in after 8pm, and leaving by 6Am the following morning. The core elevator is in a piss-poor location, deep into the heart of the facility and signage was not at all helpful. 'Elevator's to the left' didn't nearly describe the walk to where they were.

Excellent location - near highway and mall, good restaurants next door. Quiet even though near highway. Friendly staff. Ample parking available. Decent breakfast.

We booked because Holiday Inn Express and expected cleanliness to match the highest standards of the chain. Some dust and garbage underneath the bed when tried to find something we dropped. But overall still appeared clean.
