The breakfast buffet was great. Make sure you add it to your booking, and they'll have your name on a list in the morning. Just go to the host and give them your name. Also, you can take your breakfast in a togo container. They have to go canned juice, as well. But, the dining area is very elegant and well placed if you're waiting for your shuttle. I enjoyed proximity to the airport. I enjoyed the shuttle to the airport, which was available and included with your stay. It was available 24/7. In fact, it was there before I asked for it. It was super convenient. I enjoyed the variety of television shows and TV app programming available for viewing. I felt at home and able to watch my shows. The bed was comfy, and the complimentary beauty products in the bathroom were Neutrogena. I also loved the design of the folded towels. It was a nice touch.

There was a strange stain in the bathtub. I don't know if it was rust, but it was red in color. I wished they had done a look over because that was surely overlooked.

I loved the front desk person Anna.. She was very nice and courteous to me upon check in. I had reserved a suite but didn't know the layout of the rooms and the suites are located in the inner part of the building, I returned to the front desk and Anna as nice as she was changed my room to a room with a view of the Sandias like no problem. the bedding was comfortable and the room was clean, and also enjoyed the swimming pool in which I had all to myself. I was satisfied with the stay. Might return in the near future for another pleasant stay.

Well nothing really... it was all pleasant and comfortable, but maybe the only thing that was sort of uncalled for was on our last day... I knew check out was at 11:00 I also confirmed with the front desk, but the housekeeper entered our room twice without knocking... like she wanted us out of the room. I don't know what that was all about.

Property was close to airport and shuttle was fast and efficient. All staff encountered were friendly and efficient. Room was large and clean with a very comfortable king bed. It was quiet throughout the night. Had a great sleep and a tasty omelette before check out and a shuttle back to airport. Would definitely stay again.

Wifi was very weak.

I keep getting emails saying I was a no show. I changed my date to include an extra night so showed up a day earlier than originally planned. Both nights were totally paid for but I've gotten two emails saying I owe for a no show night. I have a receipt showing I paid full price for both nights. Bookkeeping system should be better.

the size of the room was great. we had been traveling together for over a week, and it was nice to have 2 seperate rooms. Loved the breakfast buffet! The best part of whole trip was the staff. Very very nice and accomodating. The clencher of this being the best was that they had an elf on the shelf doll placed on one of the hanging lighting fixtures. Didn't notice until day 2 of our stay. It made me smile!

Queen bed room clean and quite comfortable, though felt basic for price. Very convenient location. Not stayed here before and minimal facilities used as was just a one night convenience stay for the airport.

Breakfast not included. Light to-go snack as offered at other places for early morning flights would have been appreciated.

the location was perfect because we had access to everything we needed in a short distance. the staff was helpful and had very good customer service.

the bed was a little hard and we had a couple of rough nights of sleep. The breakfast was good but the coffee was horrible. We noticed other people threw away their full cups coffee also prior to us.

This location is great for going in and out of the Albuquerque airport. Hotel room was clean and basic. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. Waitstaff and food at the restaurant were better than I would have expected for and airport hotel.

The morning rush got super busy and they need more staff to handle many requests and shuttle to the airport.

Our room was nice and clean. There is plenty of restaurants in the area. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Everything was great but the pillows are not comfortable but that is my opinion. We were here for the weekend and needed our trash thrown, my husband asked someone from the cleaning staff if she could come in and throw our trash. She gave us two bags and my husband had to take out our trash.
