Location is great. If you want to go anywhere in New Jersey or New York, it is a convenient location. A medium size hotel so easy to reach to room and other facilities. Vending machines and restaurant are just near the entrance and I found it very convenient to use. Rooms are spacious and clean. All the necessary facilities are provided and in good condition. Staff is very helpful and courteous. They go beyond their duties to help or guide you. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Overall worth of value.

A great location with excellent value for the price. The check-in and check-out process is smooth, and the standard American breakfast is a good way to start the day. If you're planning to pass through New York, I highly recommend staying here. Plus, the free parking is a bonus.

The only downside is the WiFi, which frequently disconnects from both my phone and laptop—this was a bit frustrating. other than that everything okay and high recommend.

Breakfast was good and diverse, coffee and tea 24/7, clean and confortable. A quick walk to cafes, a gourmet supermarket that was superb. Ramsey has ponds, and every amenity nearby, as a train station. Very beautiful place for a visit in fall. Although on a highway, very quiet. Will stay again.

The only remark we have is the day before leaving we asked staff for a late checkout which was confirmed. Next day the same staff told us to leave by 11am which is the standard checkout time and not what was agreed.

Breakfast was very good. Great choices. Something for everybody. Fresh fruit, juices, yogurt and cereal. The hot breakfast was pretty impressive too. Sausage, bacon, eggs and fresh pancakes. Muffins, bagels and wholewheat bread to be toasted using the counter top toaster.

I have no complaints. The only suggestion I could make is regarding the selection of fresh fruit. Perhaps a wider selection could be considered. Bananas are excellent and easy to peel. Oranges not so convenient to peel as there are no knives to cut or chop them -apart from the disposable plastic ones. But that’s not a deal breaker as far as I’m concerned!

The room was very clean, with options for a firm or soft pillow along with comfortable beds. The room was also very spacious. Breakfast options were nice and very tasty. 10/10 recommend this hotel.

This hotel is excellent. I found the facilities to be outstanding. The breakfast was rich meal that we truly enjoyed. The hotel is neat and clean. Location was excellent. I will recommend this hotel.

Patel, the manager on duty around 11am on September 4, 2024 was really unprofessional and unfriendly. We have been to several hotels but have not experienced such unfriendly customer service provided by him. I am really disappointed that he is a manager on duty.

Easy to approach and park; very clean; excellent king bed; good lighting and spotless cleanliness in bathroom; good coffee; pretty good breakfast options. Most of all staff are unfailingly attentive, welcoming, and thoughtful

I wish places like this would do a simple decent breakfast: just skip eggs and bacon if it’s going to be steam table eggs and hard overcooked bacon. Pastries were fine.

The hotel was nice, better than many others we've stayed at in the USA. We arrived late, but the check-in was quick. They had free parking right in front. The room was clean and bigger than expected. They had free Wi-Fi and breakfast. There was a small gym if you like to exercise. They also had a 24-hour station with free coffee, tea, and water. If you need anything in the middle of the night there is a small convenient store inside too. The hotel is around 30 minutes away from Woodbury Commons outlet and around 1 hour drive to NYC. I liked this hotel and i would recommend it if you need to be around this area.

Soundproofing was not 100% you could hear some street car noise and people talking in the corridors, but it was not a major issue.

Surprisingly clean, comfortable, efficiently run with just the right accouterments for the price point and other options in the area. Not a smudge, stain, frayed furnishing or scratched, dented metal finish in sight. Small and efficient staff keep the front of house workings an easy glide for all needs, wants, and desires. Let’s keep it that way and don’t make me into a liar.

One minor late breakfast because of a personal crisis with the cook. Understandable, only mentionable because with small efficient staff, one missing cog can cause major hospitality issues. Work out some plan B options and you will be nearly perfect, as anyone can be.

Breakfast area was very well laid out. Easy to find and choose what to eat. Hot food was kept hot. Mini-frig on the counter kept the yogurts and milk chilled. Staff was vigilant in keeping the stations clean and well stocked. Great.

There was no selection of pillows. All of them were too fluffy.
