Cozy and quiet hotel, ample parking, friendly staff and all basic needs available. You may find the hotel a bit rundown, but rooms and facilities are relatively clean and well maintained. Breakfast is basic but eliminates the need to go out for breakfast. No in room dining and restaurant only opens for breakfast. There is a bar besides the restaurant which offers drinks and basic snacks. There is a small shop besides the reception from where you can purchase drinks, snacks and some other items. The room was clean and hygiene was not a concern. There are a few shops, restaurants and Starbucks and Shoprite (i believe) just across the road which might be useful.

I believe the room rate was a bit high during my stay.

Big, spacious room. Comfy bed & couch. Love the L-shaped couch! Nice touch with the functional office desk area. We really appreciated having all those drawers & drawer space in the furnishings, especially since most hotels are going the “drawer-less open furniture” route. Friendly staff, neat little bar, good breakfast and nicely stocked hotel store.

Opened refrigerator to find a used bag of melting ice. Although the fridge was cleaned somehow, how could housekeeping miss the bag of ice? Especially troubling because the hotel touts its’ cleanliness standards proudly.

The hotel lounge was spacious & could accommodate diners & social drinkers comfortably. The kitchen area was well-stocked for cooking/eating in. The layout of the bathroom & the body wash-shampoo-conditioner dispensers were great. The closet space was a good combination of shelving and hanging space. It was fairly quiet even with outside social gathering at the pool.

The furniture where the TV was situated was too heavy to push so the sofa bed could not be opened all of the way. It was very late when this discovery was made.

Room was very clean upon arrival. The layout was nice & functional, except for the ridiculously oversized pivoting TV. We loved the toiletries & kept requesting more for our extended stay. And it was definitely one of the quietest rooms we’ve ever had, with a superb HVAC system. Pool, pool deck & grill area was clean, maintained, arranged well & a great asset to the hotel.

Housekeeping should have done more during our stay. We’ve stayed at other Hyatt House extended stay facilities recently, and this property’s per day cost was the highest, but the housekeeping performance was the least of them all and not up to their usualy excellent standards. For the money we paid more of an effort on their part should have been made.

The room was spacious. The TV was placed awkwardly so when seated on the couch you were right on top of it, or very close to it. we ended up turning it and sitting on the bed. But it was a smart tv so we were able to use our netflix account., that was nice. the kitchen was great with plenty of supplies. and stocked well.

Unfortunately there were no NON DAIRY options on the breakfast buffet, such as yogurt or pancakes etc, Also for the coffee, no soy or almond or oat milk, We had a kitchen so i was able to buy these items locally to have for breakfast. Also the breakfast selection was the same each morning. it could have had a few things like bacon instead of sausage. *which can contain milk"

The facilities were very good and modern. This was a studio and it was well equipped and very clean..if in the area again i will definitely come back. The coffee maker did not have the filter needed to brew the coffee.

A king bed would have been nice. The sound of closing doors was very loud and penetrated our room. Included breakfast was delicious..no bacon though..

I needed a conveniently located pet friendly hotel for my husband and I sleep on a long road trip from Maine to DC. I have stayed in other hotels that fit this description and they were sub par. This hotel had clean, huge accommodation, was reasonably priced and far exceeded our expectations. I would recommend and stay here again.

As an OTR driver, I've used the convenience of hotels on a weekly basis for decades. As I near the end of a 44 year career, I must say I was thoroughly pleased with Hyatt house. It was not only super comfortable, but quiet and an excellent value considering the amenities included. I was able to wash clothes and utilize the business center that saved a ton of time and headache of having to do so on the road. If time would allow, I'd love to visit in the summer and experience the pool and outdoor patio. The breakfast was phenomenal 😋

We booked together and our rooms were spread out through the entire hotel. They were not prepared for breakfast with 11 softball families and a baseball team also staying there.

room way too small for family of 4 once sofa bed was opened you couldn’t get to door or kitchenette without having to climb over it. Also, where they have the tv - can’t watch tv from master bed. weekend breakfast not as good as on weekdays.
