Everything was great! The staff was by far the best locally as were the facilities. Even while some things are being worked on and remodeled, it's still a much nicer, cleaner facility than most in the metro. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location was perfect since the bowling tournament was just 3/4 mile away. Lots of places to eat nearby. Good breakfast options.
Lots of noise from kids running up and down the halls late at night. The accent from the front desk woman was very thick and hard to understand. When I went to book the room rate jumped up $30 dollars.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly upon check in and departure. Bed was very, verry comfortable. It’s a quiet building. Wry coean facilities. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, and only 10 minutes to Arrowhead. We will definitely stay here again.
Bathroom sink drain was slow, so we did report it upon check out.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hc unit was quiet. The breakfast on a workday had everythingincluding eggs, sausages, biscuits, etc.
A bit old room furniture but functional, so it is not a disliking issue only an observation. I personally like firm beds, so the bed was a little too soft for me.

clean, great location to amazing eatery’s. right off HwY, nice staff, big room, affordable. We attended a baseball game and it’s perfect distance. and you can’t beat the face Whataburger is almost in the parking lot. will stay again

The hotel was right off the freeway, which is what we needed on our cross country road trip. The breakfast was good. The room was large enough so we could bring our bicycle into the room. The beds were comfortable. The room had a refrigerator and microwave.
The internet was slow. The security lock did not work. The room had a safe, but it was locked so not useable.

Location to our event was perfect. We were also only 20-25 minutes from down town Kansas City to do some site seeing. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was fair and affordable.
Breakfast was ok could have had a few more selections of fruit. They only had apples and three bagels were a little stale and no toaster to toast them.

In regard to location, on very busy days, it's even hard to make a RIGHT HAND turn into the parking lot of the motel. The parking lot is a maze with no "out" in some places but the pavement is in good condition despite lots of large trucks often parked there. If you are wanting to get to the motel from the south, you might have to take sixth street right by Applebees, which you'll see on your left as you turn onto 6th St. Then you loop around to make a straight "run" to the motel on green light. Pilots might call that a "procedure turn." During rush hour, it is pretty much a necessity to get to the motel on the backstreet. Get on Google maps and you'll see what I'm talking about.

I wasn’t a fan of the soap and shampoo in the shower, but if you’re worried about that, just bring your own.
