The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient.
The room was smaller than most that we have stayed in. There was no plug for the bathtub. Breakfast didn't start until 7:00, and we had a long day ahead and ended up leaving earlier than that. Also, and not the fault of the hotel, there was a kids' sports team on the same floor as we were, and they were talking and slamming doors after we went to bed. Their coach told them to knock it off, then later my husband told them again to knock it off. There was still some noise after that, but eventually they went in their rooms and stayed, about midnight.

Location was close to food, downtown, and gas. Breakfast was good! Glad to get a hot breakfast finally after the whole Covid ordeal. Staff was always friendly. The main areas were clean and always smelled clean.
The shower had hair all over the walls and on the tub before us even showering so just makes me question how clean that was. The sheets had stains. Would have been nice to have another mirror in the room, when my partner was showering it was too hard for me to get ready since it was so foggy and as a woman I am used to trying on my clothes and seeing what it looks like but that didn’t take away from my stay, just a suggestion.

Benjamin and Mark on the evening shifts were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ease our worry about being from out of state. Room was clean and comfortable, room could use updating, carpet torn, bathroom vanity and coffee pot didnt work BUT slept very resful!

Clean facility. Staff was great and always friendly. Much better than another quality inn we stayed at previously. That one was 20 minutes from this one and a complete night and day experience. Will definitely be recommending this one to others needing to stay in the area.

The hotel is nice for the price you pay! I would recommend it if you’re looking for a quick place to relax for a night and don’t need the extra amenities.
The room on the first floor smelled a bit musty. I’m not sure if something was wet or if the humidity could not escape from the room.

The fact that because my girls friends got kicked out they wouldn't let me rent another day for myself and my girl. We didn't do anything wrong so they shouldn't have added me to the dnr list.

Love the beds and pillows. It was so soft and fluffy. Please continue to invest in quality bed and pillows. It's better than my bed at home. Also Breakfast was good.
Need to fix shower head knob. It kept leaking water when pulled up knob.

I was leaving another hotel I had stayed at for 2 nights as it was an older gloomy hotel and was not pleasurable to stay at. When I called to ask a question, Asst Manager Michael was so welcoming not just on the phone, but when I walked through the door. The hotel was exceptionally clean and cheery. Although COVID did not allow regular breakfasts, they put together a real nice breakfast bag ...even when I had missed breakfast hours. My room was cozy and inviting. Each time I came back to the door a smile and warm hello greeted me...it felt like home. It's often the little things that make a trip special. And the price was so affordable. I will definitely come back..
